The store is one of the worst to me because they are always out of some thing!! There's always only one person at the cash registers and you have to yell out for that one person. They always closing early especially if something is going on at Southern University. They don’t want to give you cash and they are for ever saying that the machines or systems are down.

Freezer and shelves hardly ever have anything. You would think it was going out of business soon. Carts and boxes blocked isles etc. never more than one register open. Customers don’t follow social distancing rules and will walk right up on you in line.

A bunch of kids working in this place. A thousand ppl in line and they are playing on their phone at the register. Supposedly the "system is down" always. They can never do cash back. Shelves are always empty. Through all of that cant say I won't go back because its on my route to work. I guess I got to deal with it. 0 Stars

The manager is super disrespectful they they could not help me with my problem. I brought merchandise from them that didn’t work and the manager told me they don’t do refunds or anything so I’m stuck with my product every though I purchased it yesterday. I presented her with the box and document of purchase. She was so ugly towards me and my situation. I will never shop her again. There is another family dollars right down the street. It’s not fair to me that I send me money and receive broke and poor customer service.

I've never had a problem here. Right down the street from where I live so I go here at least once a week. Maybe once the line was long but other than that the employees are extremely helpfull. And products are ALWAYS on the shelves.
