November 28, 2022, I went to our local Ross located in Fultondale, AL. This was not my first time attempting to shop. The prices are comparable to other big box stores. Very expensive so don't expect to save. My objective was to look at the toys and browse housewares. This store is always a disaster. Each shelve with piles of merchandise with practically no organization. Anxiety and claustrophobic paradise. I managed to take a photo of how enthusiastic management and store employees want customers to shop. This store desperately needs help starting from the top.

Really cluttered with stuff that needs to be put up but had a good selection of toys and clothes for the most part

Always good selection of men's, women's and kids clothing, shoes and gift ideas. Small electronics like Bluetooth headphones and speakers, phone chargers, kitchen and bathroom gadgets and seasonal decor. Low prices. Check back often as stock changes frequently

Staff is always friendly and they try to keep what they can organized. I've found a few things here that I can't find back home. They need more workers so that they can put out stock in a timely matter.

I went to this store today and couldn’t believe how rude the employees were, my brother had a hoodie on and assumed he was going to steal, they continued to follow us around the store talking about how we were going to steal, when I asked one of the employees what was the problem with the hoodie she walked away and sent two other employees to continue to follow us. We have never had this happen to us before and believe it was racially motivated, only because we are hispanic. Hope this helps anyone trying to go to this Ross location and realize that the employees will racially profile you if you are hispanic and wear a hoodie.

This is a nice discounted store but the only problem I have is sometime I go in there the line is all the way to the back of the store and so several times I have put my item back and just left

I love this store... it's so clean and you can take your time and browse and pick what's best for you. I shop here at least once sometimes twice a week. I love the Fultondale location best.

Place has better than average stock but looks like a war zone. Need more help with stocking or cleaning and organizing. Girls working registers had such a conversation going I could hear the details from across the store. Used to be one of my favorite stores but it's pretty ratchet now.
