A lot of things were not in stock and there was just a very limited selection. Sad to see this is happening.

I visited my favorite Sephora which is inside JCPenny Trussville, Al. I have had several experiences like this, but this time I decided I have to say something. Their were two associates there. One may have been training the other. I went looking for an eyeliner and a concealer for my oily skin. I told them what I usually wore,, that my skin was oily and what I wanted to try. this associate went on and on about what I should wear and then when I asked to see it she would say oh they don't have it here. I get mine from Ulta, she talked down about Rhianna's makeup and said she should have stuck to music. She advised me that Fashion Fair was now being sold again as I often inquire about it. She stated she does makeup and stated she was only there until she does something, but went on about what she wears and uses and then I would say well show me, and she would say oh its not here. They don't have my products, I order this or that or I go to Ulta ….. It is just so annoying and disrespectful to the customer as well as the company. Please do better with training and selecting your employees. If the associates won't even stand behind and suggest good products why should I even want to try anything here...... Please do better, please

They were nice but not as knowledgeable as every Sephora store team member I’ve ever met but they were lovely. Not as many of the premium brands and a lot that I haven’t heard of before. It’s still a Sephora in freaking Fultondale so it’s totally awesome and almost a 5.

I was pleasantly surprised with this sephora. There was actually a someone there that was helpful and knowledgeable about the products. She listened to what i need and gave to two suggestions while also giving me options. She was a tiny blonde hair girl i wish i could remember her name because she was awesome.

I have been to this Sephora 3 times and every single time I have the worst experience. The employees are NEVER helpful nor do they try to help you. I will not be back to this location. I have never had a problem with any other Sephora store besides this one.

This store is disappointing and the few times I've gone there have been last minute emergency trips on my way home. After today, I will no longer attempt to buy makeup at this location as the salesperson was rude and condescending. After not being helped for the 25 minutes I was in there, and only having 8 of the 30 testers available in the brand I was searching for, I was "shamed" and called out for opening the drawer beneath the makeup case in search for the shade I needed (which of course there were plenty that had not been stocked). The salesperson yelled from across the store that customers were not allowed to open the drawer. Had the makeup been stocked as it was supposed to be, and had a salesperson assisted me when I first walked in I wouldn't have to resort to looking through the drawers.

Everyone here is always nice. They always ask me if I'm good and if I need help. The people are the only reason I'm giving this store 2 stars. This Sephora is always out of everything. Sure, it is a smaller store. Not as big as the Summit or Galleria stores. But it should have a stock of the stuff it actually has. I have never been to this store and have it fully stocked. And I'm just talking about stuff that it should normally be stocked with, not just the newer limited edition products. The brush display is never in order and they never have the brushes that are advertised on the label. Once again a stocking issue. I can understand if I'm constantly going on a Saturday or something but I have been in this store on almost every day of the week and it never seems like they have a weekly stock day. I recommend just taking the trip to one of the bigger stores. You're more likely to find what you need/want first try. Edit: the last time I was here the women were rude and never asked if I needed help.

Sam at Sephora is absolutely amazing!! She went above & beyond to help my mom. She was extremely knowledgeable about the products and she truly cared about getting my mom what would actually work for her. If I could rate more than 5 stars, I would.
