Love this gym ! The coaches and people are the best. Every coach is dedicated to helping you reach your goals. They practice what they preach. They are there for you, from weightlifting to nutrition and every goal in between! This place has become a group of friends. They make me get up and push myself to do things I use to think wasn't possible. I like the different class times, Mon- Sat. It makes it possible to work around any schedule. Great gym, great people! The place to crossfit in town!!! I owe the shape I'm in now to Crossfit Mephobia.

I love this place! I was totally new to Crossfit 6 months ago and now I go as much as I can every week. The coaches are so friendly and knowledgeable and will scale the workout to any fitness level and the members are super encouraging. I was so nervous to start but now it feels like home and I can do things I honestly never thought I would be able to do.

Love this place, no matter what your fitness level they help modify every workout to suit you best. I am currently 9 months pregnant and every time I go in the coaches make sure I am able to participate with the class. They treat you like family here! So much support.

Crossfit Mephobia has it going on! The people I workout with and the coaches make the workouts motivating! We just did a body fat meltdown challenge that inspired me to eat healthy and push my workouts! I would recommend anyone wanting to start a exercise program to give Crossfit Mephobia a try! 5:00 am classes are awesome! Great job Mephobia!

Crossfit Mephobia provides a comfortable, family-friendly environment with the best options of class times and even the RedZone class for ladies like me who aren't as big on weightlifting. (My husband loves the Crossfit classes) Thanks to their CHILDCARE, getting exercise in is convenient for this mom of 3. They have something for the entire family!

Great place and great coaches! They also have childcare for parents with kids and they do a good job of going over form during every workout. They can help you get better, no matter what your fitness goal is going into the gym.

excellent box with excellent people, coaches and equipment. they offer childcare for 4 different classes, offer multiple classes at different times throughout the day and the environment is supportive and encouraging. Your fellow athletes make you want to do your best and the coaches show you proper form before every WOD. Great place to be!
