I just went telling the guy I needed a new SIM card and he tells me I do not and that I need to call customer service. I leave and call and the last tells me I NEED A NEW SIM CARD. I’m 45 min from nearest Verizon store now. He should listen next time

Did my upgrade online for store pickup at this location. Completed my upgrade....that's very important to know...my upgrade was complete and I had the email to prove it. Got to the store and the incompetent person there cancelled my completed order, and said we can place the order now here but it's going to cost more. Wait! What? I don't think so. Contacted Verizon, told them what happened, gave them the salespersons name, and they're just as confused as I am as to why the clerk cancelled my complete order. Now I have to wait 4-7 business days for the cancellation to clear before I can upgrade this line...Thanks so much! I will travel to Hoover to the corporate store before I ever step foot back in this location!

Jessi was extremely helpful and sweet! She got me a better phone that was easier to work and saved $30 on my bill! If you need any bill help this is the store to go to. Everyone there is just so friendly.

Easily the best Verizon experience I've ever had. So glad this one re opened, I will never go to another store. I changed phones and had some questions and Luke helped me so much, with every question and set up my phone and all my pics. If you need a phone or have any any questions ask Luke!! He's the man with the plan!

It was ok. I wanted to be added to my daughters plan but I was not able to get the phone that I wanted. Because with her buying a IPad I was told that I would have to wait since it's a big purchase because of the financing and it would be a couple of months before I could be on her plan. I asked what if I bring a phone say if I bought it from off of Amazon. The rep said that I would be taking a chance that a Verizon chip may not work even though the phone is unlocked and it's a Verizon phone. I asked is it legal for Amazon to advertise like that and the phone may not work and the rep said yes. My next option was telling him that I may as well go through my cable company Spectrum and get service with them since the towers are Verizon, he said if I did that I won't have to upper level service with Verizon, just the lower level service. I don't understand that. But I did not purchase a phone.
