Don't go here. You'll have to interact with a woman named Nancy. She is more interested in having a power trip than helping the customer. The post office up the road in Gardendale is much more friendly and helpful and is worth the few minutes drive.

I have never had anything but very positive experiences at the fdale post office, and Nancy rocks! Super helpful and friendly, need more like her!

Pretty typical postal service. I mailed a package and the staff were kind and helpful. The office is small but is organized well enough. The hours are a little strange, so check before you go. As for mail delivery to our home - our post-lady is the best!

Wish I could post the video of this years "package toss" contest where my package was just kinda tossed on my carport by the postal worker. Never had this issue before.....I guess anyway. Of course this isn't the post office itself but the employee works there.

I went here and I don't understand why it has such poor reviews. Nancy helped me. She was quick and efficient but she was also patient and took her time to explain to all the customers everything that they needed to know. She was very kind and I would come back to this USPS just for the service that I received from Nancy. Also I'm not sure if they actually close at 1 p.m. since it's 1 p.m. now and they didn't lock the door.

This place is HORRIBLE........ the mail lady was rude as ever. I talked to one nice woman I think she is the new manager... but other that that this place can never deliver your man on time I’ve been up there 4 times for the same issue and it has not gotten fixed they need to close it down awful. If I could I’ll have have gardendale deliver my mail!!!! And the mailwoman who does Decatur hwy she is awful and very rude. She needs to BE FIRED

So i had a package scanned delivered to my box Monday but wasnt in my box. Went in to inquire about the package and basically was told the postal lady said she put it in your box. But ill.ask her again. I felt like they were implying that i was lying about receiving it. I normally dont have issues with my packages or mail . I dont understand whats the issue

The service at the Fultondale post office has gotten worse and worse -- especially since the new employees showed up. The older employees were MUCH nicer and more helpful. The Post Master needs to CLEAN HOUSE !

Literally would rather drive to the post office in gardendale. The one in fultondale take their jobs way to “serious” they always would let me use their tape if I need it and this past time when I asked for tape the responds was “we sell it” told the lady they let me use the tape here in the past, didn’t seem like she cared. The one in gardendale are a lot nicer and understanding.
