Andrea….. the evening clerk. As nasty as she wanna be. Made it her business to finish her meal while I stood at the window in the cold, just so she all me for an identification card. When I gave it to her she didn’t like the look on my face. So she refused to sell me what I came for. It is not my fault she does not get a break, but I’m not supposed to be inconvenienced so she can have her lunch break. Customer service is always dry and hostile when she is at that window.

My fiancé and I are rewards customer and went to make a purchase ,he told the cashier he would be paying with cash and card.This nasty attitude person said whatever to a customer.After I use my points we will not go here anymore,every time he goes to this station and in Roebuck they are rude and nasty She’ll will get my business from now on they don’t have watered down gas

My wife and I are a biracial couple. We stopped to fill up. An employee (same race as my wife) who was not on duty was in her car saw me at my gas door of our SUV. The employee got out of her car pointing at me and asking my wife who was paying with our debit card if i was begging her to put gas in my car. I was well dressed and in no way looked like I was harassing anyone. They need to educate their employees about racism because it's not right directed at anyone by anyone. My wife got an apology but I didn't

I just went to get gas and there closed!! This is the Second time in a whole different city. What's the deal?? If they're not scheduled to close until 10:30pm.. why are they closed at 10:10pm??? Bad service

Today I was trying fill up. The gas was flowing slow and then stopped. Tried to report to the clerk along with other customers she stated "there is nothing wrong with the pumps. I was at pump#14. Got $12.42 and left.

Cigarettes are unhealthy and smelly but if you must by cigs,, buy there. Be careful of crime not just in Irondale but every where one goes. Gas is ok.
