This is Walmart. I’m not expecting a massage chair and wine while someone shops for me. Now that expectations have been set, this Walmart is my favorite Walmart. I never thought I’d have a favorite Walmart but here I am. I’ve always had at least one associate speak to me when I’m in the store. I do try and go at off times, because once again, this is Walmart. I have no issue with self-checkout so that’s where I usually head but when I have gone through manned registers, I’ve had positive experience with the associates. I’ve done returns at the Customer Service desk and it’s been pleasant. I’ve done two pickup orders here, just within the last month and those went smoothly. Hopefully I’m not jinxing myself by posting a review but just in case pigs fly and Walmart corporate actually looks at reviews, I want them to see some positive comments about the associates at this location.

If I could give negative stars I would. I placed an order yesterday for over 200 dollars. That you can track on the Walmart app. My food was supposed to be delivered by 5 pm on the 31st! It showed my items had been shopped and was ready to be delivered. Here it is 10 am on the 1st and I have yet to receive anything. Went to the store late on the 31st to try and pick it up myself and they couldn't even find my items! So obviously someone lied about getting my order ready. was assured I'd receive my items today and the store refuses to give me any information and just hangs up on me every time I call. I can no longer cancel the order it just continues to say it's delayed. So I have pretty much lost the little bit of money I had to fit my kids for the week . So yeah this Walmart pretty much stolen $200 dollars from me. DO NOT GO HERE.

I placed an order for pickup. I arrived at the scheduled time. All of the pickup parking spaces were full and cars were circling looking for an empty slot. After about 30 minutes they had not brought a single pickup order out to a customer. They were also not answering the pickup number either. They had just stopped delivering any customer orders. I will never order a pickup from that location again.

I was picking up an order for door dash and because Wal-Mart has curb side dilevery its assumed it shouldn't take to long to pick up 2 orders that total 20 items in all. No I've been sitting in the parking lot for an hour called multiple times and the workers are combative and rude. They asked if I'd rather drop the one order that's not ready yet, but that would cut my 16$ tip in half. Why should I have to pay for Walmart inefficiency in curbside pick up when it said it would be ready for pick up when I arrived at the store? I'm on time the Wal-Mart is a hour behind and my service reviw will be held responsible that is unfair and unprofessional. If walmart cannot handle curbside drop off the should not offer it plan and simple.

I was refused a refund for unused baby items for no given reason despite having no return history and the return policy saying I could plastered on the wall at customer service. Her reason was "we can't return that" implying that I stole it despite the fact that we are in there several times a week spending hundreds of dollars. Then we watched the guy behind us return a bunch of random small stuff including food with no receipt and walk out with a gift card. My family and I used to shop here all the time but never again.

No one really just wants to go to Wal-Mart. It's like a salad. You don't want it, but it's got all the things that you need. The staff here meets expectations, but they are typically understaffed at the register. I don't want to leave work and then have to come check myself out using the self checkout method. It's convenient for small purchases, but it's hard to navigate with a full cart when that is the only checkout option available.

Walmart was better stocked than it has been in a while, and it was not as congested. It still only had 2 aisles open and did not even have the do it yourself credit card aisles open to pay and leave. I did appreciate the store having the item's I was looking for.

Only gave it a 1 star because there wasn't a zero. Only reason I went was because wife still wants to go there. I do not go inside anymore because I waited for an hour for service. Called customer service while in store to even try to see if I could get someone. I was in the perfume area that they keep locked wanting to get something for mothers day, and no one came. I was not waiting alone and some of those customers walked out as well. I learned a long time ago. Don't beg someone to take your money.

There was a sticky substance all on the floor at the check out register. You can tell its been there all day because it was black and disgusting. I assumed everyone been stepping in it. You would think someone have moped the area as the store was full of workers. 2 cashiers working and only 5 self check outs open. I asked the employee to help me scan an item that would not scan and instantly had an attitude no response, scan the item and rolled her eyes. DON'T want to work today or woke up on the wrong side of the bed, call out and take a me day. By the no carts shoppers had to go to the parking and fetch their own cart.

Shanika was pleasant. The shelves were bare I had to rethink dinner. She didn't have much change in her drawer so hopefully her manager gets her the change she needs.
