The pharmacist seemed to hate her job and do it badly, but I respect that.

Horrible experience with pharmacy! They are extremely rude and do not answer your phone calls or help you with questions.

If you value your time and money and don't like rude workers, avoid this place.

A prescription was called in on a Friday, I went in on Saturday afternoon to pick it up, it still wasn’t ready, then I was told it would be 61 dollars after there discount and that insurance wouldn’t cover it, this is the 2nd time in 2 weeks they told me insurance would cover 4 other medications. It took me a week to have my doctor call it in to Winn Dixi pharmacy, I went in it was ready, no problem with insurance and I paid zero dollars to have it filled. This is 2 weeks delay in care with a lung infection from not getting the prescriptions because they said insurance wouldn’t cover it, but it wasn’t a problem at a different pharmacy. The attitude there is terrible, everyone there is miserable, no one greets you, know ones every smiles, and they won’t even file it on your insurance and are lying to customers about it. I’ve been going there over 10 plus years and this is the worst it has been, all my meds are now going to another pharmacy. I don’t know if it’s one Negative person that’s dragging everyone down or it’s the company treating the employees terrible by not providing enough employees to work in this busy pharmacy but, they definitely are loosing customers and delaying there care which is critical for some people.

worst Walgreens in all of America. My doctor sent a prescription over on the 23rd now it is 2 weeks later they’re still saying they don’t have it. Always takes long and they are rude

Worst Walgreens pharmacy in town. I've never had a good experience here. There's no reason for me to sit in a long line for Covid testing just to drop off a prescription!

I’ve never had a good experience here. Every time I come to pick up a prescription it takes me nearly an hour. It’s ridiculous.

I waited 40 minutes for my COVID test appointment. I received notification today that my COVID test sample was mishandled and rejected for testing. I do not recommend getting a COVID test done here.

I went to the Walgreens on the corner of Oporto--Madrid and Montavallo Road to inquire about Covid testing a couple of days ago. When I approached the area that was well described [by "Covid" testing signage] as being the appropriate "lane" for any issues related to Covid testing, I asked, in a pleasant tone, if the person who asked me if she could help me, would please pull her surgical mask up. She then had to answer a phone call, which she then focused on, the entire time essentially unmasked, i.e., mask covering mouth, but definitely not covering her nose. She was approximately 4-5' away from me. The plexiglass screen was placed in a manner which did not provide much of any dividing, protective "screen" for either staff member or customer / consumer. That call took several minutes. During those minutes, I took a look and noted, as pharmacy staff walked around focusing on their work, that four of the five staff in the pharmacy area had their surgical masks below their nose. I asked someone at a front-store check-out area if she could assist me with discussing my experience with her store manager. The store manager, in a very professional manner, walked to the pharmacy area with me, per my request. It seems that, per the store manager, the Walgreens policy regarding Covid and masking, changed last week so as most recently to require wearing a face mask. Previously, the policy, apparently to me, had been no mask required for employees who had been vaccinated. Even as the store manager had her discussion with the employee with whom I had had my initial interaction, that employee failed to keep her mask covering her nose. [Just a reminder: Covid is a virus that is transmitted via the respiratory system; thus, the point of wearing a mask--any face mask--correctly, such that it covers one's NOSE.] Even the pharmacist allowed her own mask to dangle such that it covered neither her nose or mouth at the times I observed, i.e., MOST of the time that I was there. My question here is this: Would you feel comfortable going to ANY place for Covid testing where the vast majority of employees does not wear face masks appropriately?

Associates were helpful and courteous. The store was clean, spacious and well lite! Very organized and hold a variety of name brand and generic items, products and gadgets. Has a photo section for passports and photo development and a full functional pharmacy. I like coming to this store.
