I visited my favorite Sephora which is inside JCPenny Trussville, Al. I have had several experiences like this, but this time I decided I have to say something. Their were two associates there. One may have been training the other. I went looking for an eyeliner and a concealer for my oily skin. I told them what I usually wore,, that my skin was oily and what I wanted to try. this associate went on and on about what I should wear and then when I asked to see it she would say oh they don't have it here. I get mine from Ulta, she talked down about Rhianna's makeup and said she should have stuck to music. She advised me that Fashion Fair was now being sold again as I often inquire about it. She stated she does makeup and stated she was only there until she does something, but went on about what she wears and uses and then I would say well show me, and she would say oh its not here. They don't have my products, I order this or that or I go to Ulta ….. It is just so annoying and disrespectful to the customer as well as the company. Please do better with training and selecting your employees. If the associates won't even stand behind and suggest good products why should I even want to try anything here...... Please do better, please ~Angelia
