Customer Service with just acknowledgement of customers when you walk in even though they were busy with only 2 workers and a store full they did great ! Great Customer service will take you far ~Natty

Great auto parts store! They seem to have most things I’ve needed and prices are competitive with other auto parts stores nearby. The staff are knowledgeable and willing to help. ~Tanner

Pretty typical postal service. I mailed a package and the staff were kind and helpful. The office is small but is organized well enough. The hours are a little strange, so check before you go. As for mail delivery to our home - our post-lady is the best! ~Tanner

I visited my favorite Sephora which is inside JCPenny Trussville, Al. I have had several experiences like this, but this time I decided I have to say something. Their were two associates there. One may have been training the other. I went looking for an eyeliner and a concealer for my oily skin. I told them what I usually wore,, that my skin was oily and what I wanted to try. this associate went on and on about what I should wear and then when I asked to see it she would say oh they don't have it here. I get mine from Ulta, she talked down about Rhianna's makeup and said she should have stuck to music. She advised me that Fashion Fair was now being sold again as I often inquire about it. She stated she does makeup and stated she was only there until she does something, but went on about what she wears and uses and then I would say well show me, and she would say oh its not here. They don't have my products, I order this or that or I go to Ulta ….. It is just so annoying and disrespectful to the customer as well as the company. Please do better with training and selecting your employees. If the associates won't even stand behind and suggest good products why should I even want to try anything here...... Please do better, please ~Angelia

The Pharmacist, Lisa is PHENOMENAL! She always greets you with a warm smile and friendly attitude and always provides exceptional service. She is always helpful and knowledgeable. She makes your day brighter and honestly makes you feel like you using a small hometown “Mayberry” type pharmacy where everyone is friendly and remembers you, which is quite extraordinary given the fact they are a corporate pharmacy inside a retail chain store. My family and I are very grateful to have found this location and we personally drive out of our way to this pharmacy because Lisa and all the other staff are so helpful and welcoming. Another major plus is they can fill an RX in 10-15 minutes vs. our local pharmacy taking hours/days & sometimes weeks in the past. Lisa is a great asset for CVS/Target and we hope she will always be there. My family and I have made comment after comment about CVS corporate need to send other employees/staff from the other CVS locations to train under Lisa and her staff. They could all benefit greatly from observing Lisa and how to properly treat customers/patients and fill RX’s in a timely manner. Thank You Lisa!!!! ~Z

Purchased my eyeglasses here on 12/8/2021. I purchased premium lens that are suppose to come with protection plan. I have the envelope/flye r that they put receipts in that says it. Yesterday September 28 2022, was told that they didn't come with the protection plan since I didn't purchase the plan separately. It even says it does online that premium lens come with protection plan. Called customer service and was told rudely that no i was wrong they don't. Was told in store that purchasing with insurance the plan would cover even if protection was purchased. Will be using some place different in future. ~MARLIN

November 28, 2022, I went to our local Ross located in Fultondale, AL. This was not my first time attempting to shop. The prices are comparable to other big box stores. Very expensive so don't expect to save. My objective was to look at the toys and browse housewares. This store is always a disaster. Each shelve with piles of merchandise with practically no organization. Anxiety and claustrophobic paradise. I managed to take a photo of how enthusiastic management and store employees want customers to shop. This store desperately needs help starting from the top. ~Sir
