Best pharmacy in Fultondale, Alabama (AL) 2024

Very friendly and helpful staff. Love this pharmacy. Walgreens and CVS could take some lessons from NJ Pharmacy. Excellent customer service. ~Janet

The Pharmacist, Lisa is PHENOMENAL! She always greets you with a warm smile and friendly attitude and always provides exceptional service. She is always helpful and knowledgeable. She makes your day brighter and honestly makes you feel like you using a small hometown “Mayberry” type pharmacy where everyone is friendly and remembers you, which is quite extraordinary given the fact they are a corporate pharmacy inside a retail chain store. My family and I are very grateful to have found this location and we personally drive out of our way to this pharmacy because Lisa and all the other staff are so helpful and welcoming. Another major plus is they can fill an RX in 10-15 minutes vs. our local pharmacy taking hours/days & sometimes weeks in the past. Lisa is a great asset for CVS/Target and we hope she will always be there. My family and I have made comment after comment about CVS corporate need to send other employees/staff from the other CVS locations to train under Lisa and her staff. They could all benefit greatly from observing Lisa and how to properly treat customers/patients and fill RX’s in a timely manner. Thank You Lisa!!!! ~Z
