Our Explorer had a sensor issue and would not move. We had it towed to Willis. Even though they had no open appointments for several weeks, Willis quickly fixed the issue. Thank you for the fast service!!

The service here is horrible and the only good thing about it is the location. Trying to get in touch with a service rep or get one to call you back is impossible. I drove 30 mins down the road to Hertrich and my issues were solved in 1hr. Don't waste your hard earned money here. Go somewhere where your treated like a customer instead of an inconvenience.

This is the second time I've dealt with them and I am super impressed again. My first vehicle was a Ford Fusion and my sales person was Frank Lauro. I wanted to go back to an suv and once again Frank delivered. An awesome experience! I highly recommend them and Frank. If I could give 10 stars I would!!

Purchased a vehicle here a few days ago and drove 7 hours to this dealership as I could tell the people working here were forthcoming and transparent with their pricing when contacting them over the phone and online. I was able to buy a Mustang I've been eyeing for quite some time. I went through Michael Pulliam who was straightforward and able to get everything done smoothly without being pushy at all. He was very helpful throughout the purchase process and setup of the vehicle. The rest of the staff treated me like an actual person, not a number as well. Smaller dealership but honestly a far better experience than the larger ones with deceptive business practices and that look to trick you into buying extras you don't want. Definitely a dealership to trust. I would recommend checking out Willis Ford if they have what you want in stock!

Have purchased numerous vehicles here over the decades, and the service department has been good and bad over the years. Currently it’s horrible, my brand new truck has been sitting there almost 3 weeks now, intermittent starting issue and has left me stranded unable to start. Things happen, but my truck has been sitting for over 2 weeks without being moved, they say it’s not doing it, I went to pick it up and it 2 weeks ago and it had the exact same issue not wanting to start. The dealership where I bought it is going to get it. At one point I was told they are swamped with work and unable to get to it, which may be true, to repeatedly be told there is nothing wrong with my truck is unacceptable, why would I make this issue up. This issue has definitely left me with I will never buy another vehicle there again, nor return for service. The take it where you bought it attitude is unacceptable. Just leaving it sit on your lot till I get frustrated enough to take it elsewhere shows how you really feel about your customers. Update Truck was towed to winner ford, there is a tech service bulletin on that exact issue with my truck, it was a $43 relay. 3 weeks wasted waiting on Willis, but you guys got your wish and I took it elsewhere. The young lady customer service is very nice, you guys need to learn, I’m not an interruption to your business day, I’m the reason for it.

I found exactly what I was looking for with Willis Ford in Smyrna! Their staff is professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. Frank was an exceptional sales representative and just an overall great guy. I felt comfortable with him and that's important when you have to make an important business decision. I've never had that experience in a dealership before. They have earned a repeat customer and someone who will absolutely refer everyone I can there. Top notch! I included a few pics (and ended up naming her Cleopatra 🤣).

My 2015 F-250 developed a massive oil leak and dump 2/3's of its oil in my driveway. The truck also had a coolant leak and a few minor warranty items. The workmanship from the technician was great, but the customer service from the service manager was ridiculously bad. The manager was incapable of answering questions about what had actually caused the leak. Further, when I asked him if I could speak to the technician who had repaired the vehicle, he stated the techs aren't allowed to speak with customers. When the truck was towed to the dealership, I supplied a typed list that included the viscosity of the oil used in the truck (5w40). When I picked up the truck, it was filled with 10w30. When I asked the service manager why they used the lighter weight oil his response was that was what Ford said to use. I tow with the vehicle constantly and the owner's manual disagrees with his assessment. His parting shot to me was to let me know that his dealership policy is to turn away vehicles multiple warranty claims and send customers to their servicing dealership. When I asked what the servicing dealership is he stated the place where I get my oil changed. ( I change my own oil). I'd love to see the Ford warranty fine print that says only certain Ford dealerships honor warranties. I left a message for the owner of the dealership to call me and have never received a call back. If you want good work on your vehicle coupled with terrible and disrespectful treatment from the service manager, Willis Ford is the place to go. Update...the coolant is still leaking... treated horribly and there is still a problem!!!!!!! Update # 2: Still never received a call from Willis Ford of Smyrna. Took the vehicle to Hertrich's Capital in Dover where I was allowed to speak with the diesel technician (Marty). I explained the issue and showed him the leak on the cooler. Problem solved...this is the place to go if you have a diesel truck!! Update # 3: Sent this complaint to corporate Ford and waiting for response.
