RIP OFF SCAM I was buying a bunch of fishing lures where they had a sign buy 3 get one free. Get up to the register and I’m charged full price and I asked the girl if they rang up right and she said no and handed me the sack and I told her to go take that shi& down because it’s false advertising

I pressed and pressed and pressed the help button and literally nothing. I was here and ready to spend good money and nothing. Super frustrating. Why have a freaking help button if you are not going to even come and help me out. If I could rate no stars I would they don’t even deserve a 1 star. So I decided to sit here for alittle and see how long it would take. I sat down at 1:09 (was here before then) I decided to leave the review with the time after being here for alittle.

I have always had mixed feelings about Dick’s Sporting Goods, however today definitely sealed the deal. My father bought my kid a very expensive bike for his birthday. The child is only six, so for me $150 bike is a lot, but he didn’t mind and the child was thrilled. My kid has been on this bike all of three times and the housing where the bearings and everything sit inside the petals fell out while he was riding it on my driveway. To say that my child was upset is an understatement as you can probably imagine, my disappointment came later when I went back to Dick‘s and expressed the situation and was informed immediately that they don’t return bikes and they didn’t care. I manage a retail business, and I completely understand corporate policies, however I also feel that if a customer spends $150 on a bike and the child spins less than four times riding it before it falls apart, someone should say some thing at least more polite than that. As far as I’m concerned dukes will never get another penny of my money and I will make it my goal to post as many negative reviews on as many platforms as I possibly can to ruin their reputation. I can deal with a lot of stuff not being fair towards me, but towards my child, no, I don’t play that. Good luck with your business Dick’s Sporting Goods, I hope you go out of business. It can’t happen soon enough for me

Had a great experience with two associates this morning who went out of their way while I waited to put a grip on a golf club for me this morning. I was in a panic when I broke a club yesterday but had an old one that needed a grip. Was able to play today because of the great experience and quick service I received.

Called ahead about a kayak, they insured me that they had it in stock. After driving an hour and a half they couldn’t find them. Said they had 4 in stock, but where? After an hour of them looking they told me they were on a truck being shipped there. Therefore it’s not in stock, get your s*** together.

Convenient location and can be easily seen from the main highway. Plenty of parking spaces. The store is well stocked with all types of athletic apparel and equipment. They have a large stock of fishing, hunting, golf items also. Their prices are a bit higher but they prove match so that is awesome!! I highly recommend shopping here!

Very pleasant shopping experience. We got there literally 15 minutes before closing and the staff never rushed us or had attitude. Even helped us out with a coupon for some Oakley sunglasses my son wanted!!!
