Customer service is horrible! nobody pays attention to the customers, the employees were chatting and laughing near the door and they don't even bother to offer help. I was going to buy two pairs of shoes and left them lying on the bench because the bad service.

I’ve been there twice this week service extreme poor couldn’t get helped, when I asked they just told me they don’t have the shoes in my size. For two different occasions ,two different shoes, they don’t have it in the size I’m looking for. The second time for my toddler I asked if they have her size and again they seem not to have that. Very very bad service I wouldn’t recommend it so many foot lockers out there in New Jersey this one is the worst. Service is not one of their primary focus. I have been to others foot lockers and I always get greeted and some one always comes up to me to offer help. But not this location at Bergenline West New York NJ I got to say it’s the worst, worst costumer service and I should know I work in retail.

SLOW AS HECK. Horrible service and employees don’t seem to be able to focus on accomplishing the one task they are working on. Only One register opened while multiple other employees just stood around the store. Worst footlocker I’ve ever been to.

Absolutely horrible customer service, which I’m sure is costing the company!!! I will NEVER purchase anything from that location being corporate does nothing to fix the problem. They have grown men with attitude issues working there. Union city location is definitely the way to go, they’re polite... helpful... and courteous. The men in the wny location should take notes!!

Loud and poorly staffed. FYI its a shoes store, not a night club. Four pairs size 13. They didnt have it. This location needs its employees to get over themselves and stop pretending to work and actually work.!
