Poor customer service, I called in to confirm a service I had scheduled. Lady at front was very short an rude an said that my esthetician was sick that day, and when I asked if they had anyone else available at any other location she said she checked an no one was. I called another location right after an was able to book on that same exact time an date at another location. Don’t schedule with Sara K. Unless you want to waste your valuable time an don’t bother coming to the Aliso Viejo location in general

If you'd like to hear employees chatting about their personal lives (loudly) throughout your entire massage session this is the place to be! The most unprofessional location I've been to in over 3 years of being a member at massage envy. What a disappointment. It's sad that I had to ask my very good and polite massage therapist to step outside of the room half way through my massage and ask the employees to be quiet because I could hear everything they're saying. To top it off when I was finished and I asked for a manager she had an attitude and basically told me there was nothing she could do about it. In her words, "this isn't the first time I'm hearing about this, there have been many complaints about this issue but there's nothing we can do". I asked for HER manager and she stated they don't deal with those customer service issues, funny how that works. The owner or GM of this location should probably reach out to unhappy customers, because your poorly ran staff doesn't seem to think customer service matters. We come here for peace and quiet from life for an hour, to be disturbed through nearly my entire session is simply unacceptable!

Massage Envy in Aliso Viejo's customer service sucks! Their phone line goes straight to voice mail. I have been trying to get someone to return my 4 voice messages and have yet to hear from them. I am so frustrated that I am ready to cancel my membership!

I'm so glad I found a location that has truly been able to help me out with my shoulder injuries and knots. Moses has to be one of the best massage therapists I've ever had. Hes phenomenal at working out knots and working through injuries, Moses is extremely skilled, and can do medium- very deep tissue

Anthony at this location is awesome! I have a lot of tension built up in my back and he was able to relieve that. I’m excited for a nice relaxing weekend now that I got a massage and I feel so centered.

Great customer service. I called early in the morning and was able to book that evening. Nothing like a 90 minute massage after work before heading home. Location is easy access to the toll road which is convenient.

I signed up for three massages. The first two were so horrible I did not even do the third one. The first guy did not listen to what I was asking for I had a back injury from a car accident I asked him to mostly focus on my lower back, he did for maybe 10 minutes and the rest of the hour he did the rest of my body each time I asked him he wouldn’t listen. Hello I’m a customer! The second guy did listen but he was way too rough and it would hurt and I asked him could he be more gentle and he would for five seconds and then rough again, I had bruises all over my body because he was so rough. Horrible massage therapists there! I’ve been to a few massage envy’s and they’ve all been pretty good, but this one is the worst! Don’t go there unless you want to have a bunch of bruises and not get what you asked for or paid for,

This Massage Envy location is a little farther from home than the others, but totally worth the drive! The front desk staff was so friendly and welcoming! Jordyn sat with me and guided me through the intake form. My massage with Dori was excellent and she met all of my needs. I can't wait to go back to this location next month!
