Poor customer service, I called in to confirm a service I had scheduled. Lady at front was very short an rude an said that my esthetician was sick that day, and when I asked if they had anyone else available at any other location she said she checked an no one was. I called another location right after an was able to book on that same exact time an date at another location. Don’t schedule with Sara K. Unless you want to waste your valuable time an don’t bother coming to the Aliso Viejo location in general ~jordan
