Staff is very very slow, not efficient at all , for one shipment they take 10 minutes; there is always unnecessary long queue

A completely chaotic experience. Between them selectively enforcing the masks policy and refusing to refill paper trays, this dumpster fire of a FedEx print store is a place i would never visit again.

Staff person Jackie was very helpful with dimensions and pricing options for a poster! I haven't been to this store in many years...but would definitely return. Staff were very attentive to customers.

For shipping this FedEx is a wonderful & helpful location. However for printing services they are unhelpful, don't follow instructions & add crazy high fees for minimal assistance. I needed 9 photos printed as 3x3s - 1st person printed incorrectly where they were terrible looking/off centered. The 2nd person charged me $7.50 per image to correct -- after I already took original images & resized & reemailed they're way. This process took days & because I was out of time I had to pay this ridiculous fee! This is terrible customer service, not consistent at all, DO NOT go here for printing. They are not worth your time or the last min extra fees they will throw in.

The best thing about this location is the self-serve print, scan, and fax option. It’s an easy and quick option for your work. Evenings are pretty busy, so plan your trip accordingly.

The old lady that works there isn't the nicest person to deal with (trying not to be blunt). Other employees/helpers are super helpful but if you're unlucky, like me I suppose, you'd end up with her. Sadly it's the only one in the area open on Sunday. On other days, not much reason to come here, but if you do, wait for someone other than her would be my advice.

Regular fedex place. Close to usps and opens early so good for taking care of missing documents if you miss something in passport application. These guys are really quick and very friendly. Always they are willing to help the customer. They have plenty of machines to print and go and lot of people for help

This is very busy area so parking maybe an issue. It's a big location and they do quite a bit here and are staffed ok also. Staff was polite and quick. They accept NFC payment here.
