Came for a brake fluid change. Stood and watched as only one brake caliper was drained and flushed. Tech attempted to explain that the other lines were cleaned out by pumping pedal (it only changes out the fluid in the lines close to the reservoir, no further, and it doesn't change the fluid in the calipers themselves. Standard procedure is to flush all 4 brake lines, ask any other mechanic) Was then directed to manager, who resolved issue by flushing the other three brake calipers himself. For $140 (after tax) you should expect all 4 brakes to be drained. For the rear ones, this requires taking the wheels off. If they don't take the wheels off and only stand by one corner, they only flushed one of the brakes out. One star for original service, and the fact that many other people have likely been shortchanged, 2 stars for manager stepping in and fixing it, and because cashier is very helpful and kind.

Quick service, reasonable rates. My air filter needed to be replaced and their price was not a gouge, it was consistent with auto store prices nearby.

Fast and Friendly. I'll definitely recommend them and will be going back for my next oil change too. They do brakes at a very reasonable price and will install catalytic converter shieds too.

First time customer. Vehicle was fully serviced at 5,000 miles prior to coming here. Came for just an oil change. Don’t know much about cars. I was suggested strongly to change brake fluid and fuel system. Was shown light brown liquid in brake fluid container. I trusted them and said ok. Later, i looked up on google and realized I still had many miles left before needing to change both. The light brown color was not a sign of “alarm” and was not “dirty” as the man told me. I feel tricked and will never go here again.

Worst experience ever. I just wanted to do a oil change, which is supposed to be simple. Upon my arrival, nobody directs me where to go. Suddenly one guy stands in front of my car, and yelled at me and wanted me to open the hood while I am driving! He said he needs to check the filter, without letting me park first, which makes me really confused. After I parked it (without any instruction), another guy yelled at me for not parking at the right position.

They've improved a lot, I think because of the negative reviews. Oil change and flush done in about 15 minutes. No lines lol. Pricing was clear from the start. I called other shops around the area and all were either booked out for the week or about 3 hours wait for an freakin oil change. Ill be back!

Poor service. They charged me an extra fee and didn't tell me. Small but still didn't say anything. One guy made me feel SO uncomfortable. He kept asking me why I had so many miles on my car. Like almost in a mocking way. Saying even though my car was almost 20 years old it shouldn't have that many miles on it 😑. Dude. Are you forreal? Who cares!?! Your not paying for it! I was so uncomfortable. Yeah I probably won't be back at all.

Don't come here for auto service or even for an oil change . It's overpriced. My daughter was charged $360 for an oil / break fluid change and cabin filter replacement. It's a rip off !!! Services: Oil change, Air & cabin filter replacement
