Dreaded mattress shopping, but Paul was more of a guide than a salesperson! He listened, showed multiple options that were in and below my budget. I’m so looking forward to improved sleep! I did get a guest mattress from the same store (3) years ago…and planning another purchase at this time.

We had gone to one mattress firm place and the person helped us tremendously was Ben. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He knew what we were looking for and took time to look up where we could find it, which was down the road in Prescott. Ben and Brintin, from the other store, worked together to meet our needs. We did go to the other store and Brintin worked with us as well as Ben did. If I ever need another mattress or someone needs a place to get a mattress, we would definitely recommend either place!

The customer service was fine. The pillow I bought was not and they do not take exchanges or refunds. So I’m out $150. If you’re going to offer satisfaction guarantees on mattresses, why not on pillows? I guess I just don’t really understand that. No issue with the store or person working there, just an issue with their policy.

You can tell he cares about her customers and wants them to get a better night's sleep. There was no pressure to buy, but Mattress America has a great selection, competitive pricing, timely delivery and excellent service. There's really no need to go anywhere else!
