Sequoia was our salesman and we was thorough, efficient, informative, and helpful! He didn’t over-push deals he could tell we weren’t interested in, and he got us squared away with everything we needed for a completed sale and delivery. We were in and out in less than 15 minutes with everything we needed. Thanks Furniture Row!

Not only was I charged wrong according to them but they added a none authorized payment 3 months after my purchase, even though I have a receipt on hand saying I did make my payment, and now they want me to pay $1,000 extra because they say I didn’t make my down payment. My receipt says I did but they insist I didn’t. The other thing is when I asked at the store if they delivery and assemble of furniture they said yes and when the furniture arrived, the Manager Alex said he couldn’t do both when I asked before I purchased. Honestly bad experience in general and I will not buy at this location again.

We went in to look for livingroom furniture. We had been to a couple other stores first but just weren't find anything we liked at the price range we were wanting to be in. We browsed the entire store and found something we thought would work. Eric came to help us and he was TERRIFIC!! He helped us get exactly what we were looking for and we even found a little table set that we had been looking for. Eric made us feel comfortable and when I told him that price was a concern he didn't try to pressure us into anything that we felt was not right for us. He a great asset to this store! I will definitely be recommend him!!!! Thanks Eric!!

I felt kind of duped. Alex, the sales guy basically told us what we wanted to hear to make the sale saying that our couch was in stock and he would have it in on the next truck. We would have our new couch in less than a week If course it was too good to be true. It didn’t make in the truck for some reason that Alex had no explanation for. Ordered on the 24th of May did not get the couches till June 14th. I had to call and ask for updates because no one would call me back. When we did get our couches one of the sections arrived without being in a box or packaging. One had a weird blemish on the cushion and a power cord was damaged. We’ll just live with it so we don’t have to deal with the hassle of dealing with the sales guy again. I feel we paid too dollar for these and after putting them together they seem chintzy. The couch backs have different gaps between the backs and don’t seem to be very high quality framing. I won’t buy from Furniture Row again.

My 5 star review is for Mayra. I was frustrated with another employees mistake and she turned it around and was so beyond helpful and actually sorry for my experience. Customer service is extremely hard to find these days and most companies find a way to blame you. But Mayra went above and beyond to solve my issue and was extremely kind the whole time. She is a great asset to furniture rows team.

Went in looking for a power reclining sofa. We were helped right away and shown several options that would work with our space. The handouts with measurements were helpful and so was the person helping us (Shannon Valerio). She got out measuring tape so we could measure the display model and make sure it would fit correctly (including space behind for reclining). We found exactly what we wanted, went home to measure once more, and came back the next day to buy. The process was quick and easy. Shannon was friendly, informative, and super helpful. We got lucky the pieces were all in stock at the Tacoma warehouse and would be delivered within two weeks. We opted for the full delivery service where they also put it together. We were able to set the day and a window of time for them to come. We got an additional notification one day before delivery and one when they were 10 minutes away. The delivery guys were nice and were in and out within 30 minutes. Overall very happy with our experience!
