I went in today hoping to look at and maybe get a new mattress to alleviate some issues I’ve been having with my current bed. Art was there to help me out, he listened to my concerns and gave me many options to choose from. He took the time to explain how different sleep positions affect our health and how we can maximize our sleep to work better for us. He was not pushy with trying to make a sale and let me be the one to decide to buy the mattress today. In fact, he didn’t mention anything about prices until I asked him. If you have any questions about which bed to get, Art is your guy!!

Mattress shopping has never been a good experience…until now. Kyle and Thomas at the Bellevue location were really great. Not at all pushy, they asked a bunch of questions that helped dramatically narrow down the options to ones that we would like and then we found a great option at the end. Very happy with their approach.

This Mattress Firm has helped me tremendously when it comes to my sleep. I found out many new traits that I have about my sleeping pattern and what type is bed best suits me. I also bought a bed for myself along sorb a few other items that work well for my sleeping habits. The workers here are top notch. I worked with Kristi and she made sure even if I didn’t buy anything that I would get all the information I needed to make the right choices. All in all my experience was fantastic especially with the sales going on.

BE AWARE that sales agents from the Bellevue location in Washington State will lie to get you to sell you anything, and I am the victim. After relocating to a new place last November, we needed a mattress while waiting for a bed frame to get delivered. The agent recommended that “ Tempur-Pedic TEMPUR-Ergo® Smart Adjustable Base with SleepTracker“ would sit on top of the bed frame with no problem and can use temporarily while waiting for the bed frame to get delivered. And that It's simple to take the leg out and put it on the wooden slates. We even showed the picture of the bedframe to him to verify if it could sit on top of the wooden slates, and he said yes many times. We thought that was a great suggestion then, but it was a BIG LIE from the sales agent. Nine months later, In August, the bed frame finally arrived. I called back the Bellevue location to ask for a proper way to fit the base to a bed frame. Now they are stating that the bed frame will not be able to handle the weight of the base and might break the bed that I need to use the leg, removing the wooden slate. I raised that is not what I heard at the purchase. The conversation has escalated to the managers; the answer came back from them was, “there is nothing we can do about this since it has past exchange/return policy dates; perhaps you can add plywood on top of the bed frame to make it more supportive if you want not to have the leg” WHAT A JOKE! So the company is okay with lying about it for sale to gain profit and not servicing customers properly? Online customer service isn’t willing to help us either; Now we have a $2000 junk sitting in the house. Be aware of what you are getting into before buying any product from the mattress firm company

Kenneth and Kyle helped us pick our next bed. We really liked how they take us through a questionnaire to determine the best beds to try out. Both men were really friendly, personable and low pressure. We would come back in the future should the need arise!

Art and Kyle were amazing, personable, and extremely knowledgeable!! My wife and I went in having a vague idea of what we were looking for. By the time we left we knew exactly what we wanted and had a delivery scheduled out ASAP!! If you want a mattress tailored to your liking and one that will adjust your habits to be much healthier then you absolutely need to stop by there!!

I needed a bed immediately! I called and spoke with Thomas who told me that they did have many of the beds in stock. I went to the store on Bellevue Way and Thomas was so incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I got a bed and I’m very happy with it! They delivered it that day and set it up for me and took away a twin mattress. Very happy with the customer service A+! Thank you, Thomas!!!!
