We purchased our mattress at the Spokane County Fair the sales presentation was and product was definitely a 5 Star. However the sales person Dejon goofed up on the address he took it off my driver's license and when correcting it he did not correct the city that resulted in messing up the delivery. We still have not received our new pillows and we were told by Dejon after weeks attempting to solve the problem just go to your local store. In my opinion follow up is a 3 star that was not good customer relations. However, we have contacted the local store and Sam was a delight and very professional and is in the process of taking care of the mess up. Her follow through so far is definitely a 5 star. Unfortunately I will never buy a mattress in the future at a Fair. I will go to my local store so I always have great customer service and somewhere to fall back on.

We came in with a strict amount of what we could afford. Not only did we get the best mattress in the store, Graham was able to get it to us at under our budgeted amount - which wasn't much. Thanks to Graham we now have a mattress that will last us years and help with our hip and back issues, as well. We cannot say enough good things about the company.

Pam was an amazing. Sales person. She asked abt my sleeping , etc. and shared the strengths and weaknesses of various options to address my specific concerns. I went to other stores. No one came close to Pam’s knowledge. One of the best sales representatives I have ever had. I have already recommended her to my friends.

Service by associate Pam was less than stellar. Started off by her telling us we wrong about the type of mattress we wanted. “In my 12 years of this I’ve never even heard of such a thing. It doesn’t exist!” She said, ever more adamant until she realized she was wrong after a phone call. She was incredibly rude and condescending up to that point, and then after was clearly trying to make up for it but the damage had already been done in our eyes. Will do business with mattress firm in the future, just as long as Pam is nowhere near. The company would do well to instruct her on the basics of etiquette and protocol.

Over the past week I visited this particular location twice and had amazing experiences both times. The first time, I helped a friend look for a mattress and was assisted by Chris. Chris was very punctual, informative, and customer-service friendly. Chris made the experience highly enjoyable which prompted me to return a few days later with my girlfriend. We ended up going through the financing option and purchased an amazing mattress for a great deal. Hunter was the associate helping the second time. Hunter is someone who is truthful, caring, and simple. Hunter made the experience and process smooth as can be! Thanks for having amazing associates. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking to purchase a mattress.

My wife and I decided it was time for a new mattress, we went here and we’re greeted by Graham, he was awesome. Very informative, polite, professional, and a overall joy to work with. He ended up finding us a great deal, and setting up delivery for us. Overall, this was the best sales service we’ve received in quite a while. I can’t recommend Graham, and mattress firm enough.
