Workers were very rude and unprofessional. Very stuffy environment and passive aggressive staff. Please train your workers to treat everyone the same and customer service. They treat people of color different, don’t believe me go see yourself.

Great selection of clothes, this location is so well maintained and organized. They actually have plenty of staff available which is a relief for a clothing store! The staff are friendly and outgoing and the store is clean! Reasonably priced, worth your time.

How this place has a 3.9 star and is still in business is beyond me. I went in several times with clean folded clothes name brand clean and folded and also was rejected cause the colors weren't right, or the style was not what they wanted despite it being sold pretty well in the store. I will never come back here again and my teen daughter thought it was weird that the employee didn't call our name when they were finished. She said it's a ghetto place anyway. And yeah, very discriminatory against younger men as myself. Sorry I couldn't be everything you wanted. I should have gone to reddit and read the reviews there, or perhaps your lousy 3.9 star rating should be a clue.

I just took in 2 bags of clothes mostly name brand none of them had stains or anything along with a few pairs of shoes when I came back to pick them up the bags were still closed like how I tied them and they claimed they all had stains or were “old” isn’t that what u guys do is buy my old clothes? They are picky and rude I do not recommend selling or buying from this place!

Not a lot of selection for men but my wife did find a nice outfit.

The store itself is laid out well, clean, employees are nice. Unfortunately, the quality of clothing here has gone down significantly. The amount of Shein stuff to sift through now is insane, especially for tops and dresses. It's frustrating and a waste of time.

There is a lot of nice clothes for men women and children, the staff is very helpful and pretty much know where everything is not to mention they are all beautiful.

Pro: store is very well laid out, clean, and doesn't look like a thrift store and the staff are very friendly. Con: per the usual, barely any plus size items and what is sorted into the 2x and above sections is a lot of clothing that's not actually a 2, 3, 4x, etc. but more like a large or extra large therefore diminishing the available options even further. They obviously don't want plus size items to resell either because I brought in a ton of brand name clothes from Old Navy, Torrid, and JC Penny, some with the tags still on them, and every single piece was rejected. Feels like more of the usual body shaming and not wanting plus size customers that I see in almost every single other store I go into.

I am a huge fan of gently used clothing and shop these type of stores quite regularly for the best deals for fashion. Platos Closet in Spokane, Washington is your hook! High quality, and a selection of high end clothing. The staff were wonderful and extremely busy today. Bring in your gently uses items for $$ Also if you follow Platos Closet on fb you receive 20% off! I purchased 2 pair of boots. Holla!

I took my daughters here the other day because they wanted to get some new(to them) clothes. I walked in expecting something like a cheap thrift store kind of feel. Not at all. The store looked neat and orderly. Everything appeared to be arranged by product and size. It was easy enough to find what they were looking for. The inventory changes frequently as they get new items in and sell others. The staff were friendly and helpful. When I came in there was a line with about 4 people in it, but when we were ready to checkout there was no line at all. The prices are reasonable and apparently they have some kind of points system that can save you money on future purchases. The only real downside was the parking lot is somewhat small(at least near the door). Besides that, I would recommend if you're looking for a bargain and don't want to bother with yard sales.
