Our generator spontaneous stopped working and they got us in within a few days. They diagnosed the problem quickly and were able to order the correct parts the same day. The hookups were fantastic and kept us cool during the heat especially since we fulltime. Within two days our coach was back up and running. They were great about communicating and even fabricated a new exhaust pipe for us. I was so stressed and they helped take all that away! We are so thankful for the wonderful service we recieved. If we have any future generator problems we will definitely come back here. ~kymadtaylor

Never been a big fan of banks, however having used a credit union, specifically this one, I am especially grateful for all of their incredible service. Recently had some fraud on my account which they helped me deal with a friendly direct and immediate manner. Their service is friendly fast and to the point. Comfortable seating while waiting, as well as free Wi-Fi available. They deal with you in a one-on-one manner, and they don't make you feel rushed. ~Dan

This lady saved our day. On our way out the building my toddler got hit by the swinging doors which caused a cut on his head, lots of blood. She gave us paper towels, a bandaid and then a cupcake on the house to soothe our nerves. She was so very sweet and so were the cupcakes. ~Elia

I'm not sure how to rate this place.... the manager went out of his way to find my parts, I drove 1600 miles to get them... but my order was messed up. They did have what I needed and they pulled them fast. But it cost me an extra 1000 bucks because the parts I needed weren't complete like the pic they showed on the net. So I'm a little conflicted... but great staff and a fast fix. ~Travis

It's...ight! This mall used to be my favorite pastime like 20 years ago but not so much anymore. It appears to be thriving but I don't know the numbers - I only notice that this mall was given CPR from it's last lifeline b/c over 5 years ago it was dying. I cannot believe they didn't shank it b/c I watch video after video of malls that are utterly empty. Thank God they have Thomas Hammer on the second floor. The food court is the place I meet w/one of my clients, he really likes this mall.The parking is not so bad, surprise b/c when this mall was on it's last leg, the busy parking lot was not my cup of tea! The bathrooms are mostly nice. The teens still hang out here. They used to have bomb clothing stores but not so much or maybe I just grew out of them. Lots of shops from massages to haircuts to the AMC, plus kid's play area. ~El

This might be a great place to shop but it is an awful place to work. U are only scheduled 6 to 10 hours per week and placed on what they call a call-in for the rest of the week. U never know if your going to be "called on" for the rest of your shift so you don't know how to schedule your life around it. I was promised at least 25 hours a week by the hiring manager Tori which she did not produce and then when I asked her about it she decided to lie and say she never said this. The managers do not do what they say they are going to do, they don't give you enough hours even to survive on. They decide to hire 20 people for the holidays and only give them 1 to 3 hour shift. A grown person cannnot survive off this and the manger does not care. It is all about sales and conversion, how many customers they can turn to buy. They care nothing about their employees or the hard work they try to do for the company. ~Kebby
