Best truck parts supplier in Spokane, Washington (WA) 2024

I'm not sure how to rate this place.... the manager went out of his way to find my parts, I drove 1600 miles to get them... but my order was messed up. They did have what I needed and they pulled them fast. But it cost me an extra 1000 bucks because the parts I needed weren't complete like the pic they showed on the net. So I'm a little conflicted... but great staff and a fast fix. ~Travis

I am not a car guy so when I go to an auto parts store I need help. Don, the assistant manager, did not disappoint. He went above and beyond by helping me locate what I needed. They didn't have it in stock at his store so he had it brought there from the valley location so I could pick it up the next morning. Don is the real deal. Anyone wondering what great customer service looks like should learn it from him! ~Chris
