I am not a car guy so when I go to an auto parts store I need help. Don, the assistant manager, did not disappoint. He went above and beyond by helping me locate what I needed. They didn't have it in stock at his store so he had it brought there from the valley location so I could pick it up the next morning. Don is the real deal. Anyone wondering what great customer service looks like should learn it from him!

Knowable but pricey. I'm able to get parts from Napa that I can't find on the net and they will help you through the process instead of pointing down the isle.

FYI - they don't take used motor oil! Was recommended to take it to O'Reillys. I bought the oil here and not O'Reillys. Disappointing!

I went in for windshield wipers for 4 vehicles. A man took me to a desk where a young woman was to help me look up the sizes I needed because they don't have the book out by the wiper display. Perhaps I should have told them at that point that I had a limited time because I needed to get to a doctor appointment in a bit under an hour but I've bought lots of windshield wipers with no help in less time than I had. It took the woman quite some time to look up wiper blade sizes, maybe almost 10 minutes. Then she walked over to the display and asked what kind of wipers I wanted. I told her I wanted good quality wipers but not the Rain-X ones. She started picking out wipers without saying another word. She got 5 of one brand and 2 of another and I asked how she was deciding which ones to get. She said I had asked for the good ones and she was choosing the good ones. Then I asked about why there were 7 and she said there was one in the back that she had to find. Then she disappeared into the back without another word and came back several minutes later with a wiper that didn't match any of the ones in my pile. I asked about that and she huffed back into the storeroom for several more minutes and came back empty handed. I finally told her that we had to be at an appointment in 20 minutes and she just looked at me for a minute then walked away without speaking and asked an equally silent man for help. After waiting several more minutes for them to come out of the storeroom, I finally just suggested that we would be happy with a different brand of wipers and we made it to the doctor with about 5 minutes to spare. For future reference, customers are generally happier if you keep them up to date on what's going on and tell them the differences between different brands and models of whatever they're buying and basically treat them like they are capable of making an informed decision, even when it's about something as complicated and technical as a windshield wiper.

Napa is personally my go-to for all things auto. The staff is exceptional when it comes to knowledge and service. I don't think I've ever had a bad experience here and always am happy with the product I walk away with. Plus the online reservation. Process is great, I order my part and even the most unusual parts are in store within 48 hours. Keep up the good work guys!
