This might be a great place to shop but it is an awful place to work. U are only scheduled 6 to 10 hours per week and placed on what they call a call-in for the rest of the week. U never know if your going to be "called on" for the rest of your shift so you don't know how to schedule your life around it. I was promised at least 25 hours a week by the hiring manager Tori which she did not produce and then when I asked her about it she decided to lie and say she never said this. The managers do not do what they say they are going to do, they don't give you enough hours even to survive on. They decide to hire 20 people for the holidays and only give them 1 to 3 hour shift. A grown person cannnot survive off this and the manger does not care. It is all about sales and conversion, how many customers they can turn to buy. They care nothing about their employees or the hard work they try to do for the company.

I love Bath and Body Works and have consistently had good experiences shopping in their stores, but was so disappointed last time I visited this location. I was the only customer in the store and there were lots of employees around, but when I walked in, no one greeted me. I shopped around for a while. Several employees made eye contact with me but instead of helping me chose to go hang out behind the registers and talk. No one even addressed me. I never leave bad reviews but it was so humiliating to walk around a store wanting to be helped and to just be flat-out ignored. I will not be back to this location and will stick with the Northtown Mall location - they’re busier but the employees are a lot more helpful and friendlier.

Horrible experience went to visit with my mother in law and family. We could not understand why my husband left the store. Once we left we found out why. He stated that he felt very uncomfortable due to a female employee.which was staring at him and smiling for quite sometime. he turned the other direction and she proceeded to follow him and I’m very close range insisted for him to smell the candle she was holding, he politely said no thank you, to which she responded are you sure come on and got even closer to him. This is borderline sexual harassment it’s never okay. Not towards men nor women. I had no idea this happened while I was shopping. Now I understand why she treated me so horrible. I will NEVER return. I hope she reads this and feels ashamed for her actions towards a married man.

They always have a fun little display when the change of seasons come about, but I am starting to feel like every fragrance (especially the pumpkin varieties) smells exactly the same and would make my room unbearable. Stick with simple: something "fall" scented like "leaves" or "sweater weather." Don't overlook scents like vanilla combinations with stronger scents. I feel like these tend to be softer and less like you're trying to fill your home with an unnatural, headache-inducing imitation of a baking project. But I'm thinking wall plug-ins, personally.
