I went shop for 3 birthdays gift and pay $ 8 dollar each to wrap the gift. I have to left the merchandise there at the store. Later on II sent my associate to pick up the gifts and He is coming back when 1 merchandise instead 3. So I called the store address the concern. Because their staff forgot to gave all the item to him. The person who answer the phone apologize and give me 20 percent discount, i wanted to say thank you

This is a great store. I could spend days in kitchen supply stores, and could probably bankrupt myself many times over. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgable. I wasnt dressed as nicely as I could have been, as we were on our way back from a day out, and even though I'm sure we didnt look like we could afford even a teaspoon measure they were still helpful and treated us as well as they would anyone else.
