Page says they close at 9pm and the door was locked at 8:55pm. The staff (Jessica and Chloe) walked to the door and told us they closed a little early. At least they admitted it. We needed just one item real quick. That's very low customer service.

I went to Sally beauty to buy color remover and I was recommended by employee a product and some shampoo and conditioner and I went home and now my hair is bleached I've never bleached my hair and now I have orange stripey bleached hair I am beyond furious! All I wanted was to go back to my natural color and take out the brown dye that I had in my hair and now for the first time ever I have bleached hair!!

I’ve been to a lot of Sally’s. This one had the most helpful and friendly person working. She was the only one there and a lot of people to ring and have questions. She always had a smile and took the time to listen and she never good frustrated or annoyed. I don’t know why Sally’s always has just one person working there should always be two. I wish I got her name. She was working around 1pm on Monday. She was absolutely amazing

They are helpful but make sure you double check directions. I was given wrong directions once and you don't want to screw up your hair. Most of the cashiers check for discounts for you except for one who trys selling you more than you need.

I was in this store on Wednesday evening to purchase a few items for a trip. The sales associate was the most rude retail person I have ever encountered. There was absolutely NO reason for her unprofessional behavior towards me. I will never give them my business again!! I would rather drive to another location, even if it is inconvenient.

This store has gone through hell and back. Along with a very high turnover rate, the warehouse where the store gets product from is often out of a lot of important product or product that we, the customers, need. Now this is not something we should be blaming the associates for. As with every corporation, sales associates do NOT have control of when the product comes in and how many they receive. If an associate says it will be in, don't count on it. Simply ask for a raincheck and asked to be called as soon as they get the product in. As a regular customer, I've been shopping simply too many times and seen too many associates get blamed for things that weren't their fault. I feel embarrassed for those customers screaming at the poor associates who can't control inventory! I've always had a pleasant experience shopping at this location and I love the girls that work there. Customer service is not an easy job but TREAT YOUR SALES ASSOCIATE WITH RESPECT and good things will come to you. :)

Extremely rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. They followed me and my 1 year old daughter around as if we were going to rob the place. I did not feel welcome what so ever! They need new employees and management😠
