Mattress purchase was quick and easy since Furniture Row/Denver mattress had records of previously purchased mattress. We liked the one we had and we were just shop for a larger one. We tried out a couple in the same style and chose one. Highly recommend the N Division store

The customer service was fantastic and I got a great mattress plus two free king size pillows and mattress protector for no charge. They had delivery available within 2 days which was fantastic and I could not have wished for better service. 10 out of 10 I would recommend them again.

We bought our mattress in 2018 with a split adjustable base. The base discontinue and ours was out of pairing did not work. I scoured YouTube and could not find a resolution that worked. We stopped in to division Denver mattress and our mattress is fixed in a day. Derek was the guy with the know how on how we could fix it on our own. Derek got us the right information very quickly and it was exactly what we needed. Wonderful customer service! Thanks Derek!

I went in after looking online for about a week, I had gotten it down to a few brands and wanted to get a in person feel before I bought! Derek and Don were very helpful and allowed me to lay around until I got a good feel of the bed that was right for me! They were straight up with me from the go and informed me about there return policy that enables you to switch out your bed for another one within a 4 month period. This is standard in the industry. However, I find it more convenient to be able to switch it out straight from the store and not have to setup a return online. Overall very good experience and would recommend to a friend.

Was very pleased with my over-the-phone ordering experience with Dakota in the North Spokane store. Having purchased before, he was able to help pinpoint a similar mattress to our previous purchase, but in a larger size. Very efficient and the delivery was today, just 2 days after I purchased. We had a bad experience with ordering a bed through sleep number. We came into check out their selection and the guy helping us was not only nice but he was easy going, and relatable! He was totally okay with our 2 year old running around and going from bed to bed. Gave us lots of options to try and went through everything with us. This new king size is not only 1300 cheaper than the sleep number but it also includes an adjustable base!
