Have been coming to this branch for the past 3yrs. There is latin teller that ALWAYS has a bad attitude. I am Latin myself so there is no need to put a label on this. This individual need to be re-trained in customer service or needs to be fired. Update 8-5-22 Their lobby is now closed totally. You need to make an appointment in order to use the safe deposit box. This just gets worse and worse by the second. Time to move business to a different bank

Excellent customer service Ashley Hardeman was able to assist my husband and I with wire transfer for our house closing. She has been very patient and accommodating through the whole process. I wish everyone who works at banks would be like her so everyone will have a pleasant experience with their banking needs.

Every time I visit this branch, there is always an issue. Last time I came to cash $100 check and was asked for multiple ids, even though I already inserted my debit card and entered the pin. Then I went to deposit check from myself, and it took 15 mins and the manager to come over and view the check. As if it was fraudulent. I've been with this bank for over 10 years, and maintained a considerable steady balance. Why the h*** would I bring a fraudulent check suddenly. Wellsfargo has been practicing discriminatory procedures from the top and that seems to be funneling down to the branches. Every time I come in there, I get treated with more security than normal. And I used to be a branch manager for Suntrust, so I know the necessary. News flash, not all black people are fraudlent. It's time for me to close my accounts once and for all. Im sick of their racists ways.

This location closes at Noon but they closed the lobby early as it's 11:30. A rep was waiting at the door to let you know you cannot enter. Short staff and there are arrivals after me being turned away. Major inconvenience!! I rarely cone to the bank and their drive through had 3-4 lanes open but wouldn't accommodate cashiers checks or wire. Wells Fargo where is your service???

Awful, awful AWFUL! Stood in line for over 40 minutes. They weren't that busy and as a line started to really form, I swear all the tellers went on break. What an actual joke this place is. They all work like sloths and even if there is more than one person working, they can't seem to help more than one person at a time. It's absolutely ridiculous.

If I could give no stars I would!!! I went into this location yesterday with my sister to cash a check that had both our names on it. When we came up to the teller station, there were two employees (one male, the other female), and they were both free and we were the only ones in line. The female teller that we were closest to, said that she would be with us shortly. After we waited for several minutes, someone walked up behind us in line. That customer was immediately taken by the male teller that was free while we stood in line and waited for the teller who said she would be with us. While we were waiting, she worked on something on her computer and even had someone come up and help her with something! We waited several more minutes, wondering if someone was actually going to help us, while watching the person that walked in after us get helped. I will NEVER go to this location again. Oh, I forgot to mention that my sister was on a knee scooter, and they could have cared less!!!

I had an awesome experience at this location. I had a scheduled appt. with Lakesha Johnson and it started promptly on time. Lakesha was very knowledgeable and friendly. I did not feel rushed and she was professional. This location had next day appts. available when other branches had a week to wait or more for an appt.
