I decided to visit the Gig Harbor location after reading a positive “no sales pressure” review. Walking into the store, I was a little overwhelmed by the number of mattresses on display. How on earth was I going to decide? Fortunately, Ray was working that day. He asked me questions based on my health and sleep habits, and he narrowed the selection to 6 or 7 mattresses. I was then able to whittle it down to 2 choices based on my comfort level. There was never any discussion about the price tag or upcoming Black Friday sales. For me, the priority was comfort after 17 years with an old memory foam mattress. Ray encouraged me to put my feet up on each showroom mattress and he made my shopping experience as enjoyable as possible with no pressure whatsoever. Scheduling delivery was also a breeze. I highly recommend Mattress Firm!

Ray is PHENOMENAL!! Ray took the time to explain everything to us about the different mattresses and bases and was very kind and helpful! When we decided on a mattress, he got us the best price. Best experience ever buying a mattress. Definitely recommend this location and Ray especially!

We went into Mattress Firm, Gig Harbor North pretty confused about what we wanted and needed. Luckily John was there to help us. John is quite knowledgeable. He asked the right questions and made recommendations without using a hard sell approach. The Labor Day sale prices were great and we found exactly what we needed. They have a quick delivery so we're looking forward to trying out our new mattress and pillows! We would recommend this business.

Can't say enough about how well we were treated at the store next to Costco in Gig Harbor. Ray was awesome. Very knowledgeable and respectful. And funny. John was great too. It is seldom that I have a shopping experience that motivates me to leave a review. This was one.

It's always tough buying a new mattress because there are so many options. We made 2 visits to the store and worked with Ray and John. Both were extremely knowledgeable and helped sort out our needs without trying to oversell us. Ray really matched us with what we were looking for with what we purchased. Stopped to shop next door for cookies, and stumbled into Mattress Firm since we’ve recently moved and needed a new bed. Initially looking to browse, John (Mattress Firm’s Mattress Tzar, for good reason) swept us away on a journey throughout the store to sample Mattress Firm’s wares. Not only was the process impressively accurate, but John kept everything low pressure and fun. As stated, John’s title (The Mattress Tzar) was well earned, as he had our endgame mattress pegged 4 beds before we made it there! We’re now proud, happy owners of an entire new mattress, frame and bed set! Buying a mattress is stressful, but, Marcus was so patient and helpful in explaining each mattress to us he took the stress out. He had us tryout all the different mattresses we were interested in and to take our time. We love our bed! We can sit up and read and raise our legs too! Thanks Marcus!
