My daughters dad lives down the street from here and I always stop by here on the way to drop her back off every weekend and we get ice cream or some kinda snack and gas. This last time we went she likes the cashier because she got all excited and looked at his name tag and said "your name is Kyle, that's my dad's name!" He laughed and said yeah he must be a cool guy then. Lol. ~Kennedy

The gentleman that works at this location has a very depressing demeanor and is incredibly unhelpful. I have been nothing but disappointed with this bank and I'm going back to using Navy Federal credit Union full time. ~Shawn

the staff is very rude. ive overheard them talking badly on customers as soon as they have left and they often act frustrated or annoyed when you ask any questions. ~Rauol

I have been using Cox & Lucy for my taxes since 2001. They have ALWAYS been thorough and accurate. I've NEVER had an audit. They have gone out of their way for me in many ways. The most recent...they filled out County paperwork for me so that I qualified for reduced property taxes. I'd recommend them highly. ~Rush

We love to do for shoes here! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. We always walk out with at least 2-3 pairs of shoes! Hubby gets work shoes and I get sandals or tennis shoes. They carry my favorite Blowfish brand! Love this store! ~Dawn

I decided to visit the Gig Harbor location after reading a positive “no sales pressure” review. Walking into the store, I was a little overwhelmed by the number of mattresses on display. How on earth was I going to decide? Fortunately, Ray was working that day. He asked me questions based on my health and sleep habits, and he narrowed the selection to 6 or 7 mattresses. I was then able to whittle it down to 2 choices based on my comfort level. There was never any discussion about the price tag or upcoming Black Friday sales. For me, the priority was comfort after 17 years with an old memory foam mattress. Ray encouraged me to put my feet up on each showroom mattress and he made my shopping experience as enjoyable as possible with no pressure whatsoever. Scheduling delivery was also a breeze. I highly recommend Mattress Firm! ~Kalena
