It’s unfortunate that Office Depot has not been able to retain trained and knowledgable staff. It may not be their fault, but store stock is lacking. The only alternative is shopping somewhere online.

If you need printing services save yourself some time and go to the UPS Store by Costco. The staff at OD had zero interest in helping us find a solution to our needs. The UPS Store on the other hand was outstanding. They gave us options, helped us decide and printed our project and go got us out the door in under 20 minutes. Thank you Val and crew at the UPS Store, you saved the day.

This store has great customer service, knowledge of the products. it’s clean, bright, and inviting. I love it selection of products from pens to furniture. I go there for copying, supplies, and to see what else fun stuff they have out there while strolling through the isle’s. 💕

I have a small business and buy a lot of my office supplies from the Office Depot in Gig Harbor. I have also used their copy and shipping services a number of times. I go there primarily because it's convenient. I went in today to send a package. I needed a box and packing tape to seal the box. In the past they have been very helpful with getting stuff packaged up, including taping the boxes shut. Not today. I was told I needed to go find my own box and package my stuff, which was fine, so I went and found a box to purchase. When the guy behind the counter asked if I was going to package my stuff I said I just need to use your packaging tape. He replied by telling me he didn't have any and that I needed to go get my own. I said, you usually have packaging tape here at the counter. He said, I told you, you need to come to the counter with your package ready to go and then I will make your label. He was quite rude. Frustrated, I left without getting my package sent. I don't know if it's because of COVID but that's no reason to treat customers in that manner. I'll use other services to send my package and will think twice about going here when I need office supplies.
