Their employees (more than one of them) and managers don’t seem to shower well and their hygiene is really bad I got help from one of them and I puked in my mouth a little. also, they rarely have what consumers are really looking for most times and you’d be better off just ordering your items online since they hike up the prices in store and they make it a point not to tell their customers about their price matching policy with almost every other place that carries office supplies. Don’t waste your time like i did. enjoy :)

I don't go to Staples often, but every time I do, I'm impressed with their customer service and services offered. The TSA pre-check "booth" is excellent with a friendly and extremely helpful employee. The free electronics recycling service is amazing. The selection of office and gaming chairs is great. Wish I had more reason to shop here!

I came here to print signs for my wedding. Lonya and Ibar were extremely helpful and walked me through each of the paper and pricing options. The signs turned out were high quality at an affordable price. I highly recommend this Staples print location for their superior customer service.

I bought a vtech land line phone 2 months ago. It stopped working properly(constant static interference). Landline phones falls under technology(14 DAY RETUN WINDOW) NOT OFFICE SUPPLIES(ANYTIME). I called about at least a exchange or money back, they said No. Wasted time and money. Beware of what items fall under which category.

Jake and the manager were both absolutely great. I’ve had poor relations with the staples in Bellevue so it was a welcomed experience. They want you to have confidence in your purchase and help until the end.
