Ice cream was great but the reg. Double cheeseburger was gross, fries were dry, soda was flat. And then closed the window on me when they still had my card. Costomers service was alright.. just didn't have a good experience.

Just terrible! $35+ for a chicken strip basket, burger combo, and 2 cheeseburgers. Fries cold and soggy, hamburger buns stiff and stale, burgers only lukewarm, the cheese was unmelted. Worst lunch we’ve had in a long time. Stick to the ice cream, their hot food isn’t even hot and is massively overpriced!

3rd time thought it would change. Burger meat overcooked, dry, fries always stale and cold. Deserts are only thing that is satisfying. No napkins either. Just worst fries ever.

I sat in line for about 10-15 mins which was totally fine and I understand as of everywhere places are low staffed. But I was a little saddened to find out I did not get the blizzard I had ordered and the line was way too long to get back into to change it…

Went through the drive thru, got a burger, there was hair in the sandwich, and the tomatoes were just the ends of the tomato. The remake wasn’t even the right burger. Workers weren’t wearing gloves while handling food, people in the drive thru kept touching their hair and faces.

So annoying. Everytime I go they mess up my order and they never fill up the blizzards all the way. I asked for peanuts on my sundae and they charged me 75 cents when they never have. My Daughter got a mint brownie blizzard and all it is is mint ice cream that’s not even mixed fully. They need to train their employees all the same because they’re never consistent. Update: Came back today. Haded me melted ice cream after sitting at the window for 15 minutes. Wouldn’t refund me. A bunch of teenage boys running the place. Not surprised that this is the service. Dairy queen by WinCo from now on.

I walked up to the dairy queen to get a banana split, which I was really looking forward to, but when I got there the doors were locked. I stood there for a few minutes and I could see a few people in there. Then one of them walked up to the door and said they were closed. It was about five o'clock, dinner time. A strange time to be closed especially since there were workers there. But they could not get me some ice cream. I was disappointed

Inside was closed. Sat in the drive through (around 4 cars in front of me) for 15 minutes. Couldn't give up and leave, because the line is blocked in with concrete barriers. Almost $7 for a medium cotton candy blizzard. I was handed a cup around 2" tall, maybe the size of the cup you get when you order espresso shots at a coffee shop, and quickly ushered away from the window. This was my first time ever going to a Dairy Queen, I just assumed this was their idea of what a medium ice cream was, so I didn't say anything. I stopped in the connected "mall" parking lot to taste it, and it was cherry. I find cherry sickening and inedible. It was also half melted. I had to drink it like soup from the spoon just to taste it. I look over at the receipt, and I definitely ordered and paid for the medium cotton candy, and was given their smallest cherry for the better part of $10. The drive through had about 15 cars in it at this point (meaning well over and hour of waiting if they went the same speed it took them to get through 5 cars when I was there), and the inside was locked/closed, so complaining and getting what I ordered wasn't an option. I promptly threw out my $7 waste of money. Never again going back.

This use to be the only DQ in Marysville but there is another one. It’s new and located at the corner of State St and 116th St. it’s right near Winco Foods. The Marysville Mall location has issues. First, the hamburgers always are inconsistently under cooked or over cooked. Second, they often get your order wrong in drive thru. Third, if you’re wanting chocolate ice cream at 9pm, and they close at 10:30 or 11, too late. They turn off the chocolate to clean it early. Why do they do that when they have to clean the vanilla also anyways? It’s a matter of flushing through water into the unit. I use to do it at a DQ. If this happens, go to the 116th St DQ. They run their chocolate up until closing! Lastly, the types of blizzards they can make is vast. They only post SOME of the types of blizzards they can make. Did you know that you can get a Hawaiian blizzard there still? Vanilla ice cream with coconut, pineapple, and banana. You can also get mint Oreo ice cream any time of the year. It’s just mint syrup added to the ice cream from a glass pump. Google the list of past blizzards or a complete list and pick one you would like. Then order it when you get to a DQ. If they have no clue what you’re talking about, show them what blizzard you found. It is helpful if you can find out what’s in it also so they can duplicate the recipe. This is so that they don’t charge you a per topping fee. If they try to, ask for the manager. They will settle it for you. Do join their point system. Again, any problem at this DQ, go to the 116th St DQ. Different owner, different excellent experience! I’ve never had a problem there. Oh, and they offer customized cakes there as well. Including prepackaged Dilly bars, and buster bars. Pre packaged ice cream in pints are also available. Thanks for reading and hope you enjoy your new favorite blizzard flavors!! (Chocolate dip for cones and Oreo Mmm)

Dairy Queen blizzards yummy DQ Dilly bars yummythe only thing about dairy Queen that I absolutely don't like is that the ice cream cakes melt too quickly and they become a puddle of Goo e-liquid
