Today I went to grab my prescriptions and the first moment I entered the door I noticed the difference in the stores merchandising, facing, pricing all up and the shelves were all stocked. Over the last 4 years I have lived I. MARYSVILLE never has this store looked so amazing. Great job to the new store manager . I am a retail manager and noticed the difference right away.

Hit or miss if your prescription will be ready. Sometimes 10-12 hours notice is enough time to fill a prescription and surprisingly sometimes it is not. So sometimes you will discover your prescription is not ready for pick up after waiting in line and then they ask if you can wait 10 minutes so they can quickly fill it which holds the line up. I have been in line waiting behind someone who is willing to wait those 10 minutes to get their stuff filled all the while the line just grows and grows behind them. They are obviously busy, but it definitely shows an unorganized and chaotic atmosphere. They also dropped the ball on my Covid vaccine… The pharmacist had no customer service skills and did not have his head on a swivel so he didn’t see me waiting in line for a scheduled appointment. The branch in Marysville on 116th street appears to be more organized.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been at this pharmacy for years and have seen alot of turn around. I don't what happened but something has recently changed and it sucks. Grey hair lady is a rude anda lier . Ishe told it be an hour till I got new prescriptions I told oby my doctorleft the office an hour ago and she told me they should be ready by the time I got there. grey hair lady stated that I should not believe the doctor and they are backed up doing vaccination s. I only seen one person unless they are all hiding in the back room. Very unprofessional and now I sit here at alberttson eating fried chicken waiting. I have never experienced this from this store. You might want to clean out the garbage or hire more people.

Made an appointment one week ahead of time to get my Covid shot,To find out they’re out of Pfizer. I scheduled the appointment because I asked for that day off. They have two doses but it’s for people who’s on the second shot. (It would have been nice if I was notified).

I urgently needed 100 photos for a funeral. I was having technical difficulties (operator error). The staff was so very helpful. Above and beyond. Never gave up. Even called another staff to talk us through the process. She was so helpful. Thank you Joleen, so very much. Sally

I have worked in customer service for over 10 years, and with that experience I leave Rite Aid pharmacy one very important piece of advice: Never let your customer see that you're frustrated by other customers. Not only is it unprofessional, but it makes you look incompetent. It makes you seem like you aren't qualified. To say to another employee, talking on the phone to a customer "these people can't just call me at the last minute, I have 40 orders to finish" while this is a very legitimate reason to be frustrated, you need to keep that to yourself, and find a better way to communicate that to a paying customer. Yes, we are customers, we're paying you to perform a service. Act like it.

It was a surprise when my lifelong pharmacy closed, but Rite Aid handled the transition great. This store is always clean and the employees are friendly. I appreciate they're open until 9pm.
