A few years ago a wonderful pharmacist gave me advice. "Don't take these medications". I don't remember his exact words. I could tell his heart was heavy. He wasn't feeling good about the products he was designated to sell behind the pharmacy counter. I was proud of him for giving me real health advice. I fortunately was already done with my weird relationship with the terrible products pharma unfortunately decides to release.

Extremely rude employees especially the managers. They expect you to pay and then the system crashes and then expect you to leave the merchandise behind even though you can show them that the money was taken out of your checking account they say to dispute the transaction with your bank! How s our you do your job!!! I have never ever had in all my years as an adult shopping pay for merchandise and leave it behind. I showed I paid but I’m supposed to dispute with my bank! I spend a lot of money at CVS not anymore!

Garbage. Absolutely useless now that it isn't a 24 hour pharmacy AND they charge for medication delivery through Shipt, which is a complete rip-off. $8 delivery now, whereas previously they delivered for free. Staff attitudes are trash.

Pharmacy is committing felonies daily if you ask them to transfer your scripts and they require you to call the receiving pharmacy. I'm sure if you have Aetna and know that CareMark pharmacy still ships you can tell them at CVS to transfer all your scripts. They are legally required to when asked. Only they tell you to call Aetna pharmacy. Which is more calls more recordings and menus. Tell them to transfer to a pharmacy near you and they have to do the transfer or risk being charged the felony. So tell your friends. From the new pharmacy you can select the ones you want to come delivered from CareMark. And what happened to 24 7 service? Guess the lawsuit is costing them.

Yesterday I came for my parents to get the vaccine, we made the appointment online, the system only allowed me to register one person, so I had to return today, June 6. the person who attended us is called Wass or something like that I understood. Yesterday he told us that it was not necessary to return so we waited more than 1 hour and his attention was very bad, today I arrived for the appointment at 10:00 and I registered online, so I went to the counter and it took 20 minutes to serve us and it was the same person. They must have more quality in the treatment of consumers and also, being a clinic, pharmacy and a place where they apply vaccines, they should be cleaner. the place is very dirty, yesterday there were some dirty socks on the floor and today they are still.

I have been to this location many time since their opening. It has continued to go down hill. First off they advertise open 24 hrs but they are not. Don't expect to get your child medicine at 5am, as they aren't open. Secondly they have all these coupons and special 40 % off an item offers. In reality when you try to redeem these great sales they tell you the item is on sale so the discount doesn't apply. They also do not label their selves properly to tell a customer if it's a buy one get one free and so on. CVS needs to revamp this location.

They have been an absolute nightmare to deal with since moving to Everett in July of last year. I’ve been using CVS my entire life for all my medication refills and never had an issue on their end. Since switching to this location, I have had to call every single time to get my meds refilled that are on automatic refill. Sometimes when I call they don’t even look up my information and tell me I have no prescriptions and then hang up on me. The intern pharmacist has ZERO customer service skills and rolled his eyes when I had to come back to get my meds that weren’t ready after receiving a text message that they were ready. Not like these are my prescriptions that I need to take daily. They’re closed early half the time due to staffing and their drive thru is only open sometimes. This is supposed to be a 24 hour location. I finally had enough and switched pharmacies entirely because of their lack of staffing and customer service decency.

Today I was there. All of the employees look different. I asked the girl at the register who looked Ethiopian what happen? She said they all died. I said died? Died how? She said they all died from working here. Not exactly the staff I would want work I can’t working at my business. She maintained a piss poor attitude soon entrance and clearly maintained it throughout.

Entire store including drive through pharmacy was closed by 6pm on Dec 4th, despite me and my family having a COVID booster shot appointment, and website showing hours as 8am - 8pm. No text alerts or emails letting us know that the store had closed early.

Really lacking in products and stocked shelves, and at the same time, it was hard to navigate anything with bins all over the place. Employees sending mixed messages by wearing masks under their china the whole time. Didn't end up buying anything.
