Best drugstore in Everett, Washington (WA) 2024

I have been into this store several times for various things. People at the front register have greeted me as I come in. The clerk at the pharmacy and the pharmacist are very accommodating, friendly and helpful. It has always been a very positive experience! ~David

This pharmacy should not be accepting any new prescription refills. It cannot manage the incoming requests and wait times are longer than 2 hours. Even if you call ahead, it’s not ready when you arrive and they direct you to get back into a 10+ person line to pick it up. It’s unethical to operate a pharmacy this way. People need their medicine and this pharmacy makes it nearly impossible to get it. I’d recommend taking your prescriptions elsewhere. ~Meliz

Entire store including drive through pharmacy was closed by 6pm on Dec 4th, despite me and my family having a COVID booster shot appointment, and website showing hours as 8am - 8pm. No text alerts or emails letting us know that the store had closed early. ~Mounica

I have been using this pharmacy location for many many years. The last few month it has gone downhill fast! The "lead technician" literally told me to call my insurance because they "don't have time to call and get the code" needed to process my medication. I have been waiting for my medicine since last Friday (9/02/22). I have been on the phone for 3 hours just today. She told me 3 different reasons why they couldn't fill my medication. Every one was different each time I called. She refused to let me speak to a supervisor because she is "the lead technician".... I have a sleep disorder and need this medication in order to function. I really don't like that you have sold out to Rite Aid! They have THE worst service! ~Melissa
