6 Best pharmacy in Everett, Washington (WA) 2024

Staff is fast and efficient even when there is a long line. I've never had any problems pick up mine or my family's prescriptions. I am willing to make the drive here because they are also better priced then other pharmacies. ~Lona

Such great pharmacy staff, quick and friendly! The pharmacy is located inside the medical building B, only Sea Mar prescriptions and it is closed for lunch time. ~Kika

Please take into considetation before you duplicate key at the minutekey machine in there. It might broken and gave me the copy way different with my own. And walmart does not have responsibility to help you get refund. All they said is call the customer service line for support or refund. ~Lam

Professional, dedicated and so very supportive! My daughter's health problems became scary and overwhelming over the last 2 years. Literally everyone at Option Care has been amazing to the point of giving me the time and space to talk everything out, even letting me just vent for a while. And I know that's hard when there's so many demands on their time. Deliveries are reliable even in the middle of a snow storm! ~Jennifer

I totally agree with the comments about the pharmacy going downhill since Riteaid took over. They not only don't answer the phone but they don't return messages that you leave. Extremely poor customer service from the pharmacy. The only bright spot in this store is one employee (Loretta) who knows what good customer service is. I was in retail management for 25 years and know from experience that this kind of failure comes from the top. Management needs to look at their problems and come up with a viable solution. That is a big part of their job (if not their only one!). Paying lip service to the customers who complain sounds good but when the same complaint comes in time after time it is obvious that they either don't Care or they haven't got a clue about how to fix it. I am looking for a new pharmacy. I am tired of being treated this way¹. ~Mikki

I have been using this pharmacy location for many many years. The last few month it has gone downhill fast! The "lead technician" literally told me to call my insurance because they "don't have time to call and get the code" needed to process my medication. I have been waiting for my medicine since last Friday (9/02/22). I have been on the phone for 3 hours just today. She told me 3 different reasons why they couldn't fill my medication. Every one was different each time I called. She refused to let me speak to a supervisor because she is "the lead technician".... I have a sleep disorder and need this medication in order to function. I really don't like that you have sold out to Rite Aid! They have THE worst service! ~Melissa
