This team is short staffed and they’re doing he best they can given the circumstances. Hopefully it’s something they can sort out sooner than later since the wait times don’t seem sustainable in the long term, but they’re in a tough spot.

Absolutely horrible experience every single time I visit their pharmacy. It’s like they don’t even start the prescription order until you go in to pick it up, and then they tell you it’s not ready. They don’t answer their phones so I can’t even call to ask if it’s ready. They say my husbands insurance card isn’t valid even though it is and our insurance has confirmed it. A waste of time every time. Switching to Costco pharmacy asap.

Of course it would be on Veteran's Day where my dad, who is a Navy Veteran (over 25+ years of service) and active cancer patient received rude and dismissive service. Like others in line, they waited for over 30 minutes to collect a prescription that had been called in by my dad's doctor at 1:45pm. Only when we arrived at 3:30pm, no prescription ready, and after the pharmacists explained to us that "we have over 100 voice mails that we can't get through," they pretty washed their hands of us --and of a couple more patients behind us. Not only were they unwilling to look at my dad's prescriptions we had with us, they didn't want to even talk to the doctor, who we managed to get on the phone. Pretty much they turned us away, enough that we walked across the street and got his prescription filled in less than 20 minutes at the Safeway pharmacy, where the pharmacist was wondering why Bartells couldn't work with us. The only person who was willing to help us at Bartells was the cashier, who was trying to work the drive-thru and the store line all at the same time. She apologized profusely. Like all patients who have to deal with Bartells, she deserves better. We're done with Bartells as this was the third time this has happened within two weeks.

Amazing experience. Came here to pick up prescription. Apparently they didn’t have it for some reason. Instead of sending me away, they (pharmacy - Francis) called the doctor and asked for confirmation. After that my prescription was ready in 20 min. The reason why my calling this amazing is because of of how the service is at the nearest Walgreens - reversing prescription takes forever, two last times it took 2 DAYS to get medications. To everybody else running from Walgreens - this is the pharmacy to use.

They treat their customers terribly. If they answer their calls at all, they are often rude, interrupting, arguing, and being dismissive, deflecting accountability by always saying they are “floating” or “short-staffed” or “you spoke to someone else.” They never have things filled when they say they will, often requiring multiple runs to the pharmacy and standing in line for extraordinary amounts of time for nothing and without apology. Not a single time has a prescription been filled smoothly, without major issue. My doctors’ offices are also frustrated by dealing with them. The place is both slow and chaotic. I have tried to stick it out with them, but will be transferring our business elsewhere, and given their attitudes towards customers, I doubt they will care.

I have been using this pharmacy location for many many years. The last few month it has gone downhill fast! The "lead technician" literally told me to call my insurance because they "don't have time to call and get the code" needed to process my medication. I have been waiting for my medicine since last Friday (9/02/22). I have been on the phone for 3 hours just today. She told me 3 different reasons why they couldn't fill my medication. Every one was different each time I called. She refused to let me speak to a supervisor because she is "the lead technician".... I have a sleep disorder and need this medication in order to function. I really don't like that you have sold out to Rite Aid! They have THE worst service!

Doctor sent prescription around 10:00AM, I went to pick up at 4:40 PM, they still did not have them ready. This is my 2nd time with this pharmacy and 1st time was the same. I have to come back in another hour for 1 medication. I will never come back this place.

My son just got out of hospital had a prescription sent Tuesday called Wednesday said not ready so behind could you come back at 7.30pm was livid it was a rx albutural solution this is so unacceptable I work for bartells and can't believe this i realize short handed but no communication 😕

I so love the pharmacy and staff. They are so awesome, professional, friendly, and go that extra mile to help you. I have been with different pharmacies over the last 20+ adult years and I have never had the awesome experience I do like I have with them in the last 2 yrs. My husband and I always go with the same pharmacy but recently his insurance stopped letting him go there and he told me to stay since we have had great service and wished he never had to leave.
