This store was really crowded today. They were having a great sale. They were having some buy one get one free on shirts 40% to 50% off on polo shirts, sports outfits. Their sneaker are from$28++ and up. Bought some shirts and some workout pants.

This review is not for the store. The store it’s self is great!! (Five starts for them). The bad review is for the online customer service. I couldn’t find where to review them so I just decided to post here. Attempting to use the Friends and Family discount online, I came across and issue where I was unable to apply the code to some shoes. I went online, chatted with the reps and they mentioned it was a systems issue. They mentioned that they can help me over the phone and that they would honor the discount for friends and family and also honor the shipping fees. One thing to note was that they changed the website user interface to display a message saying that the shoes I wanted were excluded from friends and family while I was chatting with them because I have a screen shot from before when it was not there and one from after they added it. Once on the phone, the rep was unable to help and was not the friendliest. The rep mentioned there was not going they can do and that they would be unable to help us. I wasted my time giving a call that was useless. Really bad at honoring tehir own words. I have screenshots of the chat and never did the rep who I chatted with mention anything about the items being excluded. Horrible service. Again, this does not reflect the level of service you get while shopping instore. They are awesome and always helpful there. The one star is for the online customer service.

First time coming into this store. They had a great selection of clothing, but they need a better selection of shoes. The prices are incredible from sales raging to 75% off. The managers are well like other managers , but the staff was amazing. Was helped by a young gentleman named Gilbert. He was very helpful. He was one of the best associates i have met in any store while i was shopping.

I had a terrible experience with the Manager of the Puma store in Camarillo. The manager is so RUDE and UNCOUTH that i will probably not visit the store again. I had a simple question about the price of a return item, which he was not able to explain me (his other staff was able to explain me within seconds). Instead of politely answering the question I had, he started arguing with me. I am not sure how things like "I am not sure why is it too hard for you to understand" and "I have explained it again and again but you just don't get it" makes it a good shopping experience for you. I have visited the store before and seen his RUDE behavior in general, but after this experience with him, I will recommend not visiting the store.
