They have very good customer service in this Victoria’s Secret & PINK (VS) store location because some VS staff in this store are very helpful and resolve order issues very patiently but efficiently. Some of them are very friendly if customers need help in finding somethings. So, it’s a happy experience.

Went in and everyone was friendly, I was greeted as I went into Pink, the girl was very informative and helped me get everything I needed. I think her name was Brianna she was very informative & I would definitely shop there more often.

Just a couple days ago, I came here with my sister, and she had some questions regarding to the reward we got as well as the new membership that she just signed up for at the cashier. The cashier was somehow uncomfortable and gave a bad attitude toward us. She then murmured with the new cashier under training something about my sister’s confusion. Never murmur in front of your customer, please!

I came to look for some stuff for my 7 year anniversary and my experience which could have ended awkward embarrassing and disappointing was nothing but. The staff at the entrance let me know exactly where everything is got me started in the right direction. Then while I was looking but not really finding what I wanted, another staff member helped me find exactly what I wanted. Then while I checked out, I noticed that the store was organized, clean and set well. The cashiers were quick yet made the shopping experience personal.

Victoria's Secret is well stocked everyone! Pantie sale is going they have other sales also. They have some gorgeous new lingerie pieces. They still safe distance and they ask you wear a mask which I don't mind at all but that may be not necessary now. I think it was a day or two away from no mask. They had tons of fragrance and bras and well all the good stuff is back! They are so sweet at this Victoria secret. I recommend going when they open and shop so so nice to have the place almost to yourself. They can get crowded. Oh and they have a lot of cute bags on sale also. Really cute.

My wife loves 2 shop here...BUT WE WERE AMAZED as when we jumped in line 2 pay there are a bunch of tv monitors on the wall and OH MY GOD THE TVs ARE COVERD IN SNOT AND THIS WHITE CRUST FORMING AS IF KNOBODY HAS EVER GIVING THEM A WIPE DOWN....🤮🤮🤮🤮🤢🤢🤧🤧 HORIBLE CLEANLINESS...IT MADE MY WIFE AND I WANT 2 RUN OUT B4 WE CATCH SOMETHING! BEWARE B4 U GO TOUCHING EVERYTHING! I know what Victoria's Secret is..SHE A LAZY, DIRTY ASS FEMALE!
