Staff is horrible here I want to make a payment and when I gave him the amount they put the full amount and I only owe some of that so I was old change back the cashier didn't know how to do it so she put the whole amount that I gave her and they said that they were sorry they couldn't give me my change back it was frustrating until forever I will never come to this particular store

I knew the girlfriend needed an updated upgrade and made the decision to get refitted with something suitable for her size and small frame. Being shy and quite, very modest about this sort of thing. she was able to comfortably ask the sales person for a fitting and what I expected was the scene from sixteen candles were Samantha baker gets felt up by her grandmother instead we got excellent service . I wish I had more to say other that the ladies here are amazing super friendly and very knowledgeable about there product.

Staff was very friendly but they HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY'RE DOING. I wasn't sure of my size so I asked one of the ladies to measure me and she said I was 32B. That didn't sound right so I asked a different lady to measure me and she said I was a 32B. So I ended up buying at least 6 bras in the size they gave me. When I got home THEY DID NOT FIT THEY WERE WAYYYYYYYYYY TO SMALL!! NOW I GOTTA GO OUT OF MY WAY FIND TIME TO GO BACK TO THE STORE TO EXCHANGE THEM FOR SOME THAT ACTUALLY FIT AND ITS VERY DISAPPOINTING BECAUSE THIS IS THE FIRST TIME IVE HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH VICTORIA SECRET

bought a couple of items but changed mind and returned them intact, however they did not credit my credit card with their affiliate and charged me late fee! i warned them to close my account and they became BELLIGERENT and charged me even more fees!! i did close my account and NEVER patronized this outlet anymore. now, they have sent my account to collection to which i am planning to file a lawsuit; just wait and see.

The black friday deals this year are in Victoria's Secret are not that great. There are decent deals in PINK. They manage the crowd with queue system so that is pretty neat. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Very clean and organized store. Friendly staff, helpful and does not make you feel uncomfortable at all. Restrooms were nice and clean. Great selection of sexy things. Lots to choose from for all sizes. Warm and comfy things too. Highly recommend this location for all your girly needs!

The salesgirl are patient and kind. The store is clean and organized until the lunch crowd comes and throws stuff everywhere. This is not the stores fault. Shoppers should respect a stores inventory and if you can't put it back where you found it the salesgirls don't mind you handing it to them to put away. Not a huge selection of smaller sizes and I miss the lingerie section. I can buy sweats and yoga pants at Ross.

Had the worst experience here. I am a small chested woman - 32A, was looking for a new bra and went in and saw some I liked - a whole section and was looking for the drawer with my size and couldn’t find it. I asked the saleswoman and she looked at me then said we don’t make these new styles that small and we don’t carry your size anymore. She was incorrect because I have purchased numerous VS bras in the past and they do have that size. Was taken aback by her lack of customer service and complete disregard to all shapes and sizes.
