The help was way too busy and in your way in the aisles and would not move over so people can shop like me and others and it just was not a good situation they need to do those packing of their stuff for pickup after we're out of the store

Nice store to grab a few things, and get in and out of quickly. I do have to say I didn't buy milk there. The 1 gallon 2% great value is $3.10 VS Rogers Supercenter for $1.38. Same brand, and size.

I won’t be going back to this store. I am disabled and was in an electric cart. Had to ask for help to check out because I was balancing a oxygen tank. A 360 lb girl with a beard like a mountain man finally scanned my items but did not put any of them in my basket. I spent $171.00 there. No one offered to help me. Many of my items along with my oxygen tank spilled onto the parking lot. Some nice customers stopped to help me. Terrible service. I’ll drive farther to get a better store and it won’t be a neighborhood market or Walmart! Never giving them another dime!

I lost a receipt a few months back and went to customer service to ask if they could reprint it for me since it contained the pin to a phone card I had purchased a week before. The staff member I spoke with didn't know if they could help me since I had paid cash, but said they would leave a note for their manager and she'd call me the next day. Sure enough she called me and asked me for some details later that day. she went out of her way to find it with whatever little information I was able to provide (date, time, which register I used...) She called me that afternoon to tell me that she found it and that a reprint of it would be waiting for me to pick it up at customer service.

Grocery shopping here made easy. Helpful staff & best of all, there's actually one or two friendly cashiers at the register(s) at this location who are willing to check out & sack customers who cannot always scan their own groceries due to various reasons. I intentionally drive several miles further from my home to shop this location over the Super Walmart near my home that no longer offers cashiers to check out my often full basket of groceries. Btw, several of my neighbors have chosen to drive the extra miles to shop here for the same reasons. Thank you for excellent customer service.

Customer service is lacking, if you find an employee they usually don't know anything or they are busy talking to other employees so you can't even get help. Half the time things are stocked extremely poorly, either not priced, or in the wrong spot! They usually only have one checkout line that has an employee so you'll probably end up doing self checkout. Poor selection of organic items, and the options they do have are way over priced. I prefer Kroger, unfortunately we don't have one in the area because Walmart controls NWA.
