This review is for my UPS carrier Drew (not sure about his last name) based in Menlo Park. Drew was my UPS person for the past 3 and half years in RWC until I moved a couple of months ago. He is always friendly and professional. Every time my dog Nori heard Drew at the door, she hopped to grab her favorite toy to share with him. It’s safe to say he is one of Nori’s favorite humans and I think the feelings are mutual. 😊 I recently ordered medications for my dog but it got sent to the old address (my fault). Drew remembered Nori gets medication from this particular place (printed on the shipping box) and it’s something she needs to take everyday. He immediately reached out and got the package rerouted to my new address. Nori now will have her meds on time and can continue to be the happy silly dog she is. 🐶 Thank you Drew and thank you UPS for having such a wonderful person on your team!

4$ pay cut to its hardest working employees, back breaking labor, no ergonomics, poor management and an even worse union. Dont give money to this sorry company. Your package is getting tossed hard costumers, fragile or not. This company is embarrasing.

Lied about open hours said they open at 10 when I called the night before visiting. I got there at 10 am the next they and they said they moved everything to 11 covid. When the manager inside said people are out at lunch. Despite her being here the manager would not grab my package for me to save me from having to waste an hour. Terrible customer service, the manager should be reprimanded.

Kinda slow because it's really a warehouse and getting someone's attention and having them walk and find you takes a while but they had my package and gave it to me, what more do you want? It was great really.

I come here pick up my package, the woman work here on 12/17 morning shift is incredible. I arrived at 9:50 she told me open at 10am, while I wait to 10am she told me open at 11 am, i said twice google times shows open at 10. She just said 11 11. Bad experience!

The package has been sitting in the warehouse for 3 days and it’s only 5 miles from me. And now the delivery has been postpone for another 3 days for no reason whatsoever. Is there a way to call the hub directly? Cause the UPS customer service doesn’t provide human support either.

UPS Warehouse where all the trucks originate for the area. You come here if you miss a package and need it right away instead of a redelivery. There is no seating. If you're not lucky, you may have to wait for the delivery truck with your package to come back. This happen to me when I came here in the evening at 8pm. Also, sometimes they have troubles finding your package. But the workers are friendly and eager to help, and put in a good effort to find your package.

UPS was supposed to deliver 5 of my packages on Monday, 01/14/2019. I had been tracking all 5 packages all day. The drive claims that he/she delivered all the packages at the “garage”at 5:46 PM which he updated only at 7ish. I was home by 4:30 that day and my husband got home at 6PM. I never heard anyone coming at that time, neither did we see any packages. The drive either delivered it at the wrong address or he never did. UPS always delivered my packages at the door even when it’s raining, so I don’t understand why that day the driver chose to deliver it at the garage. I never really had any issues with UPS delivery in the past until they lost all my packages on that day. I’ve contacted all the senders to initiate track check on all the packages, but it’s really hard for me to track it with every sender. It’s just waste of my time. I don’t really want the money, I just want all the packages to be delivered on time. I’ll never be able to trust UPS delivery ever again. This is very frustrating.

Usually had good luck picking up packages at this location. Just a word of caution. The UPS website and google lists their hours at 09:00 opening. This is incorrect. They now open at 10:00. I arrived at 9:10. No one was there. A short while later someone came out and asked if I needed help and then told me they changed their hours and I should come back in 45 min.

Had a package sent out on a Monday for a 2-3 business day delivery. Been tracking package up till Thursday when it had arrive and was scan at the MP branch. I stop receiving update so I was patiently waiting to hear something or receive package. Now that a whole week been by I decided to call and see what was going on with my delivery, they said it should of been there on Thursday which it wasn't then told me the package got lost and will have to do an investigation and resend which will take up too 8 business day. Very unprofessional seem like there hiring thieves at this spot. Never again going thru UPS
