If I could give less than 1 star, I would. TERRIBLE! After fasting for 12 hours, I went to my scheduled appointment, only to see a sign on the door stating: "Due to staffing shortage this site will be closed until further notice." I get that staffing is an issue for many businesses these days, but inexcusable that no attempt was made by a manager to contact me (and guessing all the other patients who will arrive for their appointments today). And next closest location in Redwood City is not accepting appointments. Will say that when staffed, the phlebotomists have been super.

Went for a scheduled appointment to be told they cancelled the appointment for unknown reasons - issues with their location(?!). Told me I must have received an email about that. I hadn't. I had to have the tests drawn at that time and date and when asked "what should I do" they basically told me "we don't care". Then "cancellation email" was received 20 mins AFTER the time of the appointment! In short, a terrible, terrible Quest company!

Over half an hour delay!! Is this normal? I have missed my meeting because of their poor timing. There is only one person here with no assistance and she is extremely slow. For a simple blood work, reserve a 2 hr slot in your calendar.

Wanted to give a shout-out to Phuong, the superstar phlebotomist here. In the face of a power-outage and the electronic system being down, she drew and organized all of the orders manually and found away to refrigerate specimens, saving the day. I had a complicated order set and she took extra time (her lunch break, I think!) to figure out how to minimize the numbers of vials to draw. She also has an excellent touch and wonderful patient manner. This lab is lucky to have her

This is new experience going into a lab in a grocery store. It was just fine, quick (pee test for my kid), and I was able to go shopping after we were done with the test. It is in the back of the store.
