If I could give less than 1 star, I would. TERRIBLE! After fasting for 12 hours, I went to my scheduled appointment, only to see a sign on the door stating: "Due to staffing shortage this site will be closed until further notice." I get that staffing is an issue for many businesses these days, but inexcusable that no attempt was made by a manager to contact me (and guessing all the other patients who will arrive for their appointments today). And next closest location in Redwood City is not accepting appointments. Will say that when staffed, the phlebotomists have been super. ~Wendy

I work for Amazon and delivered 15 packages to the locker. It is super hot today and I asked for a cup of ice, the guy at counter wanted to charge me for a cup! U serious? I just delivered here and all I wanted was ice for my drink and u wanna charge. No thanks. No giving my business here ~Ready

CVS is expensive compared to grocery Outlet and Safeway. However, I was able to buy lip gloss on sale. I don't shop there often. They do have coupons which a machine delivers that offer discounts on a few items. ~Lynn

Good prices and fewer maintenance issues than the average gas station. Turns are a bit tight to get in and out - watch out for those curbs. Note: I don't think I've ever gone inside. ~Ashley

One of the nicest stations I've ever been to. Squeegees, towels avail. Owner tending to flowers around lot while a gal was wiping pumps. Clean, neat little store inside. ~JD

They provide expedient kind and helpful service to Mom and Yours Truly- (that's "me" for you millennial whippersnappers who don't know any Before Turn of the Century English ;-)). This is an amazing bank with an incredibly nice manager and outstanding customer service. The bank has very light traffic, there is never a line and you can have a personal relationship with the bank manager (Michelle M). They definitely will go the extra mile for you. I would highly recommend them for anyone that wants "private bank service" at retail balance levels. ~David

This review is for my UPS carrier Drew (not sure about his last name) based in Menlo Park. Drew was my UPS person for the past 3 and half years in RWC until I moved a couple of months ago. He is always friendly and professional. Every time my dog Nori heard Drew at the door, she hopped to grab her favorite toy to share with him. It’s safe to say he is one of Nori’s favorite humans and I think the feelings are mutual. 😊 I recently ordered medications for my dog but it got sent to the old address (my fault). Drew remembered Nori gets medication from this particular place (printed on the shipping box) and it’s something she needs to take everyday. He immediately reached out and got the package rerouted to my new address. Nori now will have her meds on time and can continue to be the happy silly dog she is. 🐶 Thank you Drew and thank you UPS for having such a wonderful person on your team! ~Claire
