I brought my cat in twice for a nail trimming and they where unble to do it enough he was medicated for that reason. Very disappointed. Service is not what it used to be here.

I just went to the Creedmoor location of Banfield who pulled up my records for me. My pug came in for coughing/wheezing/trouble breathing almost a year ago and was sent home, the doctor stated "it's just a pug thing, nothing to worry about" which would be fine if they had actually run ANY tests for it, but they didn't. They had him from 10:30AM-7PM locked in a crate and didn't do anything. The Creedmoor location did the tests and X-Rays, they came back and told me "His Trachea is too small, there's nothing we can do" and recommend EUTHANASIA. No other options, just euthanasia. I decided to look at the scans myself, and after seeing a bend rather than a shrinkage, I took him to an ACTUAL vet. He has a partially collapsed trachea due to his cartilage rings weakening. He's now on medications and we're looking for a specialist. Due to this locations GROSS NEGLIGENCE, my dog would've died a slow and painful death had I not looked into it myself. All they want is your money. They aren't a Veterenary office, they're a glorified groomer.

We pay monthly for a care plan at this location (it yearly auto renews - be careful!). Our dog was bit in the face above, below and in the eye by a dog today. I called multiple banfield locations who would not take him and referred me elsewhere. We bring him for routine care - they make us wait 2+ hours for "emergencies". Yet when our dog has an emergency, they "aren't an ER, just a pet hospital" and cannot take emergencies. I am furious. Livid.

Checked our cat in for a 10:45am “curbside” appointment which we were told would take 45 minutes. From 11am to 5pm, we called three times and there was no effort to communicate on Banfields side. We didn’t know what was happening or when our cat would be done—which ended up being 6 hours later for absolutely no good reason. Terrible experience and not giving them service ever again. The vet herself was very nice and seemed way too overworked. I’d much rather check out a local business that seems to show more care to customers, though.

I am truly sad for this vet service. The people were pleasant, however they are VERY overpriced and they did not seem to care about my cats health. I took my 1 year old cat in for puking and not eating. They said he had diarrhea (which I said he did not). They did blood work and a physical exam and could determine nothing. The next day I took my cat to my home town and they determined he actually had constipation within 15 mins of seeing him and had X-rays to verify. I spent $400 for an incorrect diagnosis and they didn't listen to the correct symptoms. I will never go here again.

We have been so pleased with this Banfield location. They have always been thorough and kind with our Clover and when above and beyond with supporting us when her anxiety piqued after adopting her. They were also extremely helpful and informative when an accident required a tail amputation. The wellness plan has been a money saver and has put our mind at ease. The staff has taken the time to get to know us, and they are genuine with their love for animals (especially Liz!). The Christmas card put their relationship with patients over the top. Very pleased with Clover’s care.

They are AWESOME here! The vet techs are so nice and my two babies LOVE to go there. Our Jack Russell (senior, 9 years) usually hates going to the vet, but he gets so excited when he goes in now. Our lab/boxer mix (puppy, 8 months) LOVES everything about the vet. (Her spay didn't even deter her from loving them.) If you live around this area, I highly recommend them. Jennifer (The Vet) is so sweet and takes her time. We also have the Benfield wellness plan for both dogs and it is worth every penny. (Especially since we just got Penny, our puppy, just last November. Her spay was covered completely, anesthesia, meds, well check visits, everything!) I can't say enough nice things about them.
