Outstanding care, easy to make appointments, even on shorter notice. Staff and doctors are pleasant and truly caring. Dr. Bennes was exceptional today in taking the time to speak with me, more than one time, regarding concerns we had with one of our dogs. This is a level of concern and service that confirms the dedication she has to the animals in her care. Thank you Dr. Bennes and to all the staff who always make our experience at Banfield wonderful.

I work at a vet hospital, i will not name which one. I have tried calling your clinic several times and I have even emailed and left a voicemail. One person did pick up and then immediately hung up. I don’t know what’s up with the phone or if they’re intentionally ignoring the calls, but that’s pretty ridiculous. I’ve honestly never had good experiences with Banfield. I’ve never left a review for a business or anything like that so honestly the fact that i’m doing this should tell you that your customer service really needs some help.

So little background for understanding my situation. My mother passed in January of this year, and she normally handled anything related to vet visits, shots, nail trimming, etc, so any account with Banfeild would be under her name and login info. I have two dogs. Both need to be to get up to date on shots and other stuff, but what should have been the easy part, getting their nails trimmed, has been a complete mess. It seemed so easy. I call Petsmart or literally any other dog grooming company asking to make an appointment for nail trimming, but am told I need their medical records and to get them their shots, no problem, right? WRONG. I try to make an appointment with Banfield, this location, the location where we adopted our dogs but every single time I call, I get no answer. No one picks up the phone, and I stay on the line waiting, sometimes for 10-15 minutes, no one. I called the next day, and the day after that, no response. I call at different times; you know they could be busy still no response. This has been going on for two weeks. I try to go through their website to set up an appointment, but I need to know my mother's login info to do that (which neither my father nor I have). I try guessing the password, but no luck. I try "forget" my password because my father and I have access to her email account. It says "no email on file" excuse me? We have been going to this location and only this location for 6+ years. So basically, at least since the last time we have done anything with this Banfield location, they have become severely unprofessional and honestly show a blatant disregard for our pets and us. I am very disappointed and honestly angry at this point. No callback, nothing. Do not go to this place, and I swear even the worst vets are better than this place.

We love Banfield! My dog has been seeing these vets/vet techs for all 7 years of his life and we could not be happier with the level of care he has received. They have always been a pleasure to work with and we would not take our pets anywhere else!

Tried to schedule an appointment for my dog's broken tooth. The receptionist was barely listening and I had to repeat everything twice. After 5 minutes on the phone I was told it would be 3 days before they'd see him, $150 for the exam to estimate the removal cost, and they'd have to make a second appointment later in the week to actually help him. Price would likely be in the thousands, but they wouldn't tell me unless I go through all the hoops.

I am switching from a different Banfield location. I love that this location is by itself, not inside the store. Also, I spoke with the Practice Manager, Jessica. She was awesomeness!!! She runs a pretty efficient “ship”! A difference from day and night from the other Banfield. Thank your for the fast check in and check out!

Our neighbor recommended this hospital and we really loved the experience. They were very attentive and thorough with the pets. The vet has answered all our questions patiently and guided us very well. Also signed up for the wellness plan with them which seems to be much better than what pet insurance offers. Excellent COVID protocols and overall a best experience!!

I'm very picky about the vets I choose for my dogs, but I have been very pleased with my experience here. I have three dogs varying in size and age that have all been treated exceptionally well. I had tried another Banfield in the area before switching over to this one because the experience was so much better here. Update: I've been going here for over 6 months now and I've still had a good experience. I only wish it didn't take so long to check in and wait for appointments.

Banfield in Stoney Creek has given the absolute best care to my two dogs, Ashley and Zuc. Dr.Regolado has consistently treated them to maintain an optimal level of health. I find their monthly payment program to keep expenses affordable and offers the highest level of care possible for the cost. The staff there is excellent and always treats you with kindness and respect. Everyone at Banfield makes us feel like valued clients.
